| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国高职高专发展历程的回顾，分析了当前高职高专教育的中心任务与面临的主要问题，阐述了高职高专教学改革的紧迫性，重点对计算机应用与软件技术人才的社会需求、人才规格、能力结构、培养模式等问题进行了探讨。
