高精度水冷高温热电偶的研制与应用

摘    要:对水冷式热电偶测量误差进行了详细分析,提出了减小该误差的设计要点;在某型发动机如力燃烧室扇形试验中的应用表明,该热电偶在1820℃以下,有效提高了测试精度(误差±1%),该热电偶测试数据可直接用于对燃烧效率的计算。

Abstract:Based on the detailed analysis of measurement error for the water cooled thermocouple, the design keys of reducing error were presented. The application in the experiment of an aeroengine afterburner sector show that the accuracy of the thermacouple is improved (error within ±1%) under 1820℃. The thermoeouple measurement data can apply directly to the calculation of combustion efficiency.
