摘    要:针对200N.m.s控制力矩陀螺在随机振动摸底试验中出现的控制谱高频超差问题,分析了控制谱高频超差的主要影响因素,提出了从提高试验夹具性能、在振动试验夹具和振动台面间增加粘弹性阻尼来解决随机振动过程中控制谱高频超差的方法,并通过了鉴定产品鉴定级随机振动试验的验证.

Abstract:For overproof in high frequency region in 200N · m · s CMG Random Vibration real situation test,the primary factors for the overproof are analyzed,the solution of overproof in high frequency region Random Vibration test through improving the performance of vibration test fixture,and adding viscoelastic damper between vibration test fixture and shaker panel is proposed,which is confirmed by Random Vibration qualification test.
