铝粉粒径及形状对HTPB推进剂力学性能的影响

摘    要:铝粉球形化显著地改善了推进剂的力学性能;然而推进剂的燃速明显地降低。可通过调节球形Ap D_(43)粒径法提高燃速。用1~#球形铝粉代替1~#或3~#非球形铝粉时,推进剂的常温伸长率分别提高4.0%~8.0%或8.0%~14.0%。

Abstract:The spherical aluminum powder improves mechanical properties of the propellant. However, the buring rate of the propellant decrease. By adjusting D43 of the spherical Ap, the buring rate of the propellant is increased. The spherical aluminum powder 1 instead of non-spherical aluminum powder 1 or 3 can improve the extensibility of the propellant at normal temperature by about 4.0%-14.0% or 8.0-14.0%.
