蒸发管内燃油喷雾预热预蒸特性的数值模拟

摘    要:为了提高蒸发管内燃油喷雾的蒸发速率,提高可燃混合气中燃油气相浓度,用数值模拟方法分别模拟了雾化燃油在热惰性气体中的预蒸发过程和在热空气中的预蒸发过程.数值模拟结果表明:与油雾在热惰性气体中的纯物理蒸发过程相比,由于"冷火焰"化学反应释放的热量,大大提高了燃油在热空气中的预蒸发的油雾蒸发速率和可燃混合气中的燃油气相浓度.数值模拟的结果与实验数据基本符合.

Abstract:In order to enhance the fuel spray evaporation speed in evaporating pipe,and also to increase the fuel gas phase concentration in the combustible blended gas,this article numerically simulated the process of pulverization fuel in hot inertia gas and hot air separately.The results of numerical simulation indicate that the fuel evaporation in hot air largely improve the evaporation rates of pulverization fuel due to the heat released by the cool fame chemical reaction and fuel gas phase concentration in the c...
