摘    要:拓扑优化是一种根据载荷、约束及优化目标寻求结构材料最佳分配的优化方法,既可以用于全新产品的概念设计,也可用于已有产品的设计改进.以某火箭支架为例,进行了有限元仿真分析,并与试验结果进行了对比分析,验证了仿真分析方法的正确性,然后在已有支架的基础上,在设计接口框架下的优化空间内,实施以支架应力水平为约束条件的拓扑优化分析...

Abstract:Topological optimization is a design method,to seek an optimum distribution of material according to loading、restraint and objective.This method is adaptable to both concept design of fire-new products and improved design of existing products.A rocket bracket structural finite element analysis method is investigated.The FEM result is compared with the experiment result and proved to be reasonable.Under the framework of the design interface,topology optimization is carried out with the stress level constraints based on the primary structure of the inertial-measurement-unit pedestal.According to the optimal topology and some other processing factors,a new design is created,and FEA is made to validate the design.Substantial reduction of quality achieves lightweight design.The production will be applied in the new type design.
