非定常流测量用薄膜热电阻温度探针的性能研究

摘    要:设计了一种铂薄膜热电阻温度探针。稳态试验结果,该探针线性度偏差低于 0.5%。用激波管和高频射流检查了温度探针的频率响应,能达到约 6.0 k Hz。经试验和传热学分析结果,影响传感器热响应的最大因素是基底的热物性和尺寸。用该探针成功地测出了一台跨音速单级轴流压气机的旋转失速信号。实践表明,薄膜热电阻温度探针以其高频响、良好的线性度、高灵敏度和简单实用,在非定常流温度测量中有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:A platinum film resistance temperature probe has been designed.Steady tests show that the linearity error of the probe is less than 0 5%.The thermal response of the probe has been checked by both shock tube and high frequency hot jet.It is shown that the frequency response of 6 kHz can be expected.According to heat transfer analysis,the thermal properties and the size of the base bar are the main factors of the effect on thermal response of the probe.The probe has been successfully used for measuring rotating stall signals of a single stage transonic compressor.The study shows that the film resistance temperature probe features high frequency response,fine linearity,high sensitivity and ease to use,so it has a bright prospect in application to unsteady flow measurements.
