典型爆炸螺栓承载能力研究

摘    要:在一次整流罩倒锥段的联合静力试验中,Ⅲ象限爆炸螺栓在未达到1.5倍设计载荷作用下出现假品拉断现象。为了揭示爆炸螺栓破坏的内在机理,分别建立了整流罩倒锥段整体有限元模型及爆炸螺栓精细有限元模型,对试验及飞行状态进行了计算仿真,有限元仿真结果与理论分析结果一致性较好。研究结果合理解释了爆炸螺栓破坏的内在机理,对该类型爆炸螺栓的承载能力有了更深刻的认识,为爆炸螺栓结构及技术指标的改进提供了理论依据,在螺栓的选型及安装等方面为设计部门给予了技术支撑。

Abstract:A static test of the inverted-cone component with the combined loads involving axial compression,bending moment,shearing force and inner pressure is performed,but some of the explosive bolts are damaged when the loads are still under 1.5 times of the design load.To explain this phenomenon,the FEM models of the whole inverted-cone component and local bolt are established respectively.The analysis results accord with this static test,and reveal the inherent failure mechanism of bolt.On the other hand,the work...
