摘    要:气动式爆炸冲击环境模拟装置模拟高量级冲击具有快捷、稳定的特点,通过试验研究表明其台面的重复性、均匀性及弹丸的速度控制都比较良好,能有效的模拟高量级冲击,从而取代了以往用火工品作为冲击源的试验技术,提高了其经济安全性.经过反复的试验调试,总结出了一些试验规律,同时利用有限元软件LS-DYNA进行了仿真分析,通过在仿真模型...

Abstract:Pneumatic pyroshock environment device has the quick, stable characteristics, through the experimental study indicates the repeatability, uniformity and projectile speed control is good, can effectively simulate high magnitude shock, thus replaced with initiator as the pyroshock source in the experimental technology, improve the security. After the repeated experimental debugging, summarized some experimental rule, while has carried on the simulation analysis using finite element software. Through modify each parameter of the simulation model, gained these parameters for the impact of pyroshock environment, and provides effective basis for the optimization design of the device.
