随机振动下小导管的疲劳分析

摘    要:运用有限元软件对小导管进行模态和随机振动计算分析,有限元计算值与试验值相比,误差在合理范围内.基于有限元计算结果,运用总体损伤疲劳理论对导管进行了疲劳分析,计算结果表明导管的疲劳寿命满足要求,为小导管的研制提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Random vibration of small pipe were analyzed by finite-element software,the error between the calculated value and experiment data was reasonable.Based on the calculations,the fatigue of small pipe was studied by fatigue damage theory.The results indicated the fatigue life meeting the requirements.This article provided a theoretical basis on the development of small pipe.
