| 摘 要： | 对1990年颁布的GJB1032《电子产品环境应力筛选方法》标准进行了修改,主要进行的修订点有:环境应力筛选的范围；环境应力筛选的适用条件；环境应力筛选的温度条件；环境应力筛选的振动条件；环境应力筛选的监控措施；附录的修订.文章内容对了解国家标准修订情况及将来应用有一定指导意义.

| Abstract: | In this paper,we presented main content for introducing the revision of GJB 1032 Environment stress screening process for electronic products,which was issued in 1990.We revised content about several aspects,about the range,application condition,temperature condition,vibration condition,inspection of environment stress screening,and addendum.The content of this paper will have role guidance for learning about state criterion and future application. |
