进气道蒙皮拉形数值模拟的探讨

摘    要:蒙皮拉形是航空航天制造领域的一种重要的加工方法,其先进程度是衡量一个国家飞机制造能力和水平的重要标志之一,因此发展蒙皮拉形技术对于我国航空制造业具有十分重要的意义。本文旨在应用有限元软件Mare/Mentat对现阶段进气道蒙皮拉形生产过程中存在的问题,采用数值模拟结合生产性试验验证的方法进行分析研究,提出解决方案,以确定该零件生产的工艺方案和工艺参数。

Abstract:The stretch-forming of skin is an important process in the field of aerospace manufacturing industry, whose advanced extent is one of important marks for judging the aircraft manufacturing capability and level of one country. Therefore, the development of stretch forming technology is of great significance for our national aviation manufacturing industry. The purpose of this paper is to apply the finite element software Marc/Mentat for analyzing and studying the problems existing in the present production process of intake skin stretch-forming by combining the numerical simulation with the productive test verification method and to put forward the solving solution, thus determining the process concept and process parameters for production of part.
