在校大学生就业压力源及其影响

就业压力已成为大学生的主要思想压力,这一现象已引起社会的广泛关注。目前大学生的就业压力源研究仅限于区分就业压力源维度,并没有对各维度进行细分,也未研究各就业压力源对在校大学生心态和行为的不同影响。从这两个方面入手,将就业压力源细分为6大维度、20项指标,并根据其影响将其分为＂良性压力源＂和＂劣性压力源＂。这对社会、学校、家庭和大学生自身的就业指导和思想教育与管理有着重要意义。

Sources of Employment Pressure of College Students and Their Impacts

Employment pressure has become the major mental pressure ot college stuaents, wnlcn uraws the wide attention of the society. At present, the research on the sources of employment pressure is only limited to its dimensions, and does not segment each dimension and elaborate such sources＂ impacts on college students＂ mentality and behavior. Therefore, the essay segments the sources of employment pressure into six dimensions and 2 indexes, and divides them into ＂favorable pressure source＂ and ＂unfavorable source＂ according to their impacts.
