摘    要:本文针对新型航空燃气涡轮发动机不断提高的涡轮进口温度,在以往研究工作的基础上,对一些有代表性的、特别是新研制的变形高温合金进行了试验,研究了试验温度对热疲劳寿命的影响,给出了试验温度与疲劳寿命的关系式;研究了试验温度对热疲劳裂纹扩展规律与断裂方式的影响。

Abstract:With the increasing in inlet temperature of new types of aeroengines, experiments were carried out to study the thermal fatigues of representative wrought superalloys, especially some newly developed ones. The influence of testing temperature on the thermal fatigue life was investigated to give the relationship between test temperature and fatigue life. The effects of test temperature on thermal fatigue crack propagation and the fracture mode of thermal fatigue of these alloys were also investigated.
