| 摘 要： | 摘 要EM78447芯片是一种高性能、低功耗的8位单片机，它内部有4K*13位的程序存储器。由于其卓越的性能特点，在很多嵌入系统中得到了应用；而且，它的生产厂商为我们提供了集程序开发和写入于一体的仿真写入器。本文详细阐述了EM78447单片机的特点、引脚及其功能，并结合具体例子介绍了EM78447的应用。

| Abstract: | Abstract EM78M447 is an 8 - bit microcontroller with low - power, high - speed CMOS technology, equipped with a 4096x13 ROM. By its high quality, EM78M447A/B provides effective solutions to many embedded control applications. Moreover, a code developed for users makes programming easier by ELAN ICE and EASY/MTP Writer. In this paper, the features, pins and application of EM78447 are discussed. |
