| Abstract: | Student management work proves the crucial organizing section of college work. Leapfrog development and replacement of educational ideology of higher education bring up traditional student management mode confront severe challenge. To adapt to new situation, three transformation and the access to realize the three trans-formation are required for student management mode. |
