某型涡轴发动机等压差活门建模分析

摘    要:考虑某型涡轴发动机燃油流量调节器通道截面的局部能量损失,推导出流经计量油针的燃油流量方程,在此基础上详细分析等压差活门的功用、结构组成及其工作原理,以连续方程和力平衡方程为基础,采用线性化处理方法,建立等压差活门的数学模型。通过分析等压差活门系统结构,得到等压差活门系统的传递函数,进而对其稳定性进行分析,计算单位阶跃输入的稳态误差。结果表明:以流量方程和力平衡方程为基础建立等压差活门数学模型的方法可行,分析出等压差活门稳定工作条件和稳态误差的主要影响因素,并且为燃油调节器数学模型的建立以及仿真计算奠定了基础。

Analysis on Modeling of Constant Pressure Difference Valve for a Turboshaft Engine

Abstract:Considering of local fuelline energy loss of fuelline section for a turboshaft engine fuel xegulator, the equation of fuel flow rate flowing through metering needle was derived. The function, structure and operation principle of the constant pressure difference valve were analyzed in detail. The model of the constant pressure difference valve was constructed base on the continuity equation and equilibrium equation, and the linearization method. The transfer function of the constant pressure difference valve system was obtained, its stability was analyzed, and the steady state error of step input was calculated by analyzing the system structure of the constant pressure difference valve. The results show that the modeling method which is based on continuity equation and equilibrium equation is feasible, and the stable operation condition and steady state errors are the main influence factors. The model of the constant pressure difference valve provides the base for constructing the fuel regulator model and simulation calculation.
