永磁振动台磁路计算与仿真

摘    要:根据磁场理论,介绍永磁振动台磁路工作原理以及磁隙计算方法,以北京强度环境研究所振动试验系统(AS—VA0.6)为例,校核磁隙的磁场强度,运用静磁场有限元仿真方法,通过对比可以看出理论值、仿真值与实测值是一致的,通过有限元方法,并对其进行简单优化与分菥。

Abstract:Based on the theory of magnetic field, the method of calculating magnetic gap and its work principle on permanent magnetic vibration generators were introduced. Example for series AS-VA0.6, magnetic gap flux density was checked out, and simulation of the finite element of static magnetic field was derived to solve, according to the results of calculation, simulation and measure on magnetic flux density, its were consistent with the known facts. Finally, discussion to optimize and analyze simply on magnetic field by method of the finite element to guide the design of vibrator.
