钢索端头数字化旋锻收压成形整体解决方案

为提高钢索端头成形效率和质量，对现有旋锻机X40J结构和工作原理的研究，以及拉杆冷收口成形工艺研究经验的借鉴，针对钢索端头成形特点，提出钢索接头旋锻收压成形技术，进而研制出钢索旋锻收压成形设备，通过航标HB5-13~18多规格钢索组件的应用验证。结果表明，通过钢索端头数字化旋锻收压成形整体解决方案，能有效提高航空类钢索组件的质量和生产效率，具有很高的参考和实用价值。

Solution of Digital Swaging Forming Technology of Cable-end Connections

To improve the efifcient and quality of forming technology of cable-end connections, the structure and principle of operation of X40J swaging machine were researched. The experience of cold necking forming technology of tube for reference was used. Aiming at the point of forming of cable-end connections, the swaging forming technology of cable-end connections was presented. The machine of swaging forming of cable-end connections was developed. Through the test of various speciifcation of cable assembly of HB5-13~18, it's valuable in reference and practical.
