基于DEA的我国三大机场群效率分析

航班量的快速增长使得各机场不能以本机场的效率最大为目标进行发展,而应该立足于整个机场群,探索在整个机场群效率最大化的条件下进行各机场持续发展的方法.基于此,选择DEA方法对我国三大机场群的效率进行分析,以机场群效率最大为目标,分析各输入指标对机场的敏感性;分别对三大机场群的效率进行评价,对非DEA有效的机场进行投影分析,指出其具体的改进方向;对三大机场群整体的效率进行比较分析.

DEA Model for Analysis of Domestic Three Major Airport Groups Efficiency

The rapid growth of the number of flights makes the airport can not continue to make progress for the goal of its own efficiency,but should base on the entire airport group,in the condition of the maximum efficiency of airport group,exploringthe way to sustain its improvement.Base on this,analyzes the efficiency of the three major airport groups by DEA method.Firstly,it analyzes the sensitivity of the input indicators to the airport for the goal of airport groups′maximum efficiency.After that,evaluatethe efficiency of the three airport groups respectively,and carry out projection analysis to airports who are non-DEA effectiveand point out its specific direction of improvement;Finally,compare and analyze overall efficiency of the three major airport groups.
