摘    要:本文以某型卫星焊装转台牵引转向机构为研究对象,针对转台转向时与地面产生额外的磨损及动力消耗问题,进行了重新设计,并基于ADAMS软件进行了运动学仿真,验证了机构的可行性,对机构进行参数化建模,讨论了单个设计变量对转弯特性的影响,基于多设计变量对转弯特性的影响规律对转向机构结构参数进行了优化,得到转向特性与驱动力矩,并与现有结构进行了对比。为今后的牵引转向机构设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The turning mechanism in a satellite turntable was discussed. A structure was applied to the mechanism to improve the extra abrasion and power consumption. A kinetic simulation based on ADAMS is calculated to verify the structure. The effect of single parameter on turning performance is studied after parameterization. An optimization is discussed based on multi parameter effect, which provides turning characteristics and driving torque. A reference for future turning mechanism design on turn table was presented.
