多机场系统内外部航线网络构建的优化问题

区域多机场系统已经成为航空业中颇具规模的机场群实体,但是现阶段区域多机场系统的发展面临诸多问题:系统内部各机场的发展不均衡,客源主要集中在区域内的主要枢纽机场;整体规划不严谨,造成各机场内出现不良竞争.针对此问题建立了0-1整数规划模型,通过合理地整体规划来满足航线流量的需求,同时减轻枢纽机场的负担.实验表明,利用求解该整数规划问题,经过模型优化后,使得整个区域多机场系统的运作效率大大提高.

Optimization Problem of Building Mmulti-airport System Route Network Based on Inside and Outside Airports

Regional multi-airport system has become an important issue in the field , but at present our country still faces with many problems:the development of the airports inside the regional multi-airport system are not balanced , the main hub airports face with heavy passenger flows thus resulting serious problem.Furthermore,the overall plan is not rigorous,which results in adverse competition in some air-ports.According to the multi-airport system,this paper construct an integer programming model to meet the traffic demand ,while reducing the burden of hub airport based on the overall planning .At the same time,we conduct this model by Cplex to get the optimal solutions ,all the experiments show our proposed model can solve this problem effectively and enhance the overall operational efficiency.
