| 摘 要： | FMEA分析是可靠性分析中的一个重要工作项目,通过分析产品的故障模式发现设计的薄弱环节提出改进措施,并为产品的设计提供数据支撑.目前机载计算机FMEA分析存在分析不准确、不全面的问题,导致分析工作流于形式,分析结果可用性差.分析了目前FMEA分析存在的问题,描述了历史故障数据对FMEA分析的作用,提出了利用历史故障信息对FMEA分析进行改进的方法,给出了分析的工作流程,明确了利用历史故障信息可以有效提升FMEA分析的准确性.

| Abstract: | Failure mode and effect analysis ( FMEA) is an important work program in reliability analysis ,it analyzed the failure mode of product to find vulnerable spotsand improvement measures ,and provide data support for product design .Current FMEA of airborne computer is not accurate andnotcomprehensive , which lead the FMEA becomes mere formality and useless .This paper analyzed the problems existed in current FMEA ,described the effect ofhistorical failure information in FMEA ,and proposed the method of improving FMEA analysis using historical failure information and its work process ,and at last confirmed that accuracy of FMEA can be improved using historical failure information. |
