摘    要:为了提高终端区时空资源利用率及空中交通运行效率,综合考虑航班间尾流间隔、航向道安全间隔及定位点管制移交间隔等时间标准的约束,研究了进场交通流在多机场多跑道系统及定位点的排序优化问题,建立了整数线性规划模型,旨在最小化多机场航班的总延迟时间和跑道总调度时长.开发出Epsilon约束精确算法,可以在数分钟内求解出多机场进场交通流排序方案的Pareto前沿.通过仿真实验证明了模型的正确性及算法的有效性.

Abstract:In order to improve the airport utilization ratio of space-time resources and the efficiency of air traffic in the terminal area,considering the effects of the aircraft wake interval,the safety distance of the navigation channel and the constraint of time interval between approach points,and studied the scheduling optimization problem of the approach traffic flow in multi-airport and multi-runway system and locating points.At the same time,an integer linear programming model is established to minimize the total delay time and the total run time of multi-airport flights.In order to solve the optimization problem,the epsilon constrained algorithm is developed,which can solve the Pareto frontier of multi-airport approach traffic scheduling in a few minutes,the correctness of the integer linear programming model and the effectiveness of the algorithm have been showed in the simulation experiments.
