振动试验条件在夹具动态特性设计中的考虑

摘    要:夹具作为试件与振动设备之间的连接部件在振动试验中起着非常重要的作用。为了减少夹具对试验的影响,文章采用有限元分析法进行夹具动态特性设计,并结合一个设计实例分析了振动环境试验条件与夹具动态特性的相关性。研究结果表明:在进行较宽频带振动试验时,合理处理振动试验条件与夹具固有频率之间的关系,可减少夹具对试验的影响。

Abstract:As the connector between the test specimen and the shaker, the fixture plays a very important role in the vibration test. In order to reduce its negative effect on the test, the finite element method is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of a fixture. A design example is given to show the relation between the fixture dynamic characteristic design and the vibration environmental test conditions. It is shown that the negative effect on the test can be reduced in a broad band vibration test if the natural frequencies of a fixture and the vibration test conditions can be matched properly.
