多腔室复合材料结构件的气囊整体成型研究

摘    要:通过复合材料典型结构件的气囊成型工艺试验及其工艺效果的评估,论证了多腔宣复杂结构件采用多气囊整体成型技术的可行性,并对共固化时多个气囊内压的调控进行了论述。固化时,应根据不同气囊容积的大小,合理调控气囊的内压,是控制制件规整度的关键。研究表明,多气囊整体成型工艺切实可行,成本较低,并且工艺效果也比较理想。

Abstract:By mean of technical trial and evaluation of typical structures of multi-cavity inflatable mandrel made of composites, the feasibility of the inflatable mandrel integral forming is discussed. The different mandrel pressure control during co-curing is also studied. During the period of curing, it is essential for the product gauge to modulate the mandrel pressure according to the volume difference of the inflatable mandrels. The research indicates the multi-inflatable mandrel fabrication is a comparatively low-cost, feasible composites forming technology. What is more, the technical evaluation is relatively satisfactory.
