| 摘 要： | 在论述电力消费和经济增长关系一般性规律的基础上，采用实证分析的方法，对河南省电力消费和经济增长的关系进行了分析，并对影响这一关系的因素进行了研究。指出电力消费弹性的变化具有一定的规律，但是具体一个地区、某一个年份却具有一定的随机性。

| Abstract: | Based on the discussing of the law about electricity consumption and industry growth,the paper analyses the relationship between electricity consumption and industry growth in Henan province by the method of the experimental analysis and finds some factors impacting this relationship.As a result,the paper indicates that there is a law of the variety of elasticity ratio of elasticity consumption,but it has a stochastic character in an area or year. |
