摘    要:目前高教系统正在进行全面改革,高校教师在一系列教学和管理制度改革面前,普遍感到压力很大。适当的压力具有积极的意义,但压力过度则可能引起认知、生理、心理、行为的消极反应.产生种种身心失调现象,这些身心失调一旦得不到及时有效的解决,最后可能导致心理危机,严重危害教师的身心健康。分析了改革过程中教师压力的来源,指出过重的压力对教师的影响,重点探讨了教师应对压力的模式与积极应对的策略。

Abstract:University faces the mission of innovation now, and teachers encounter more pressure than before. Moderate pressure has positive action,but excessive pressure may have negative reaction on apperceive, physiology, psychology and behavior. Imbalance of body and mind is easy to cause psychology crisis and harmful to health. In this article the author analyzed some problems such as sources of pressure of teachers facing reform, excess effects on teachers, overcoming models of teacher and positive dealing strategies.
