高压压气机盘瞬态温度场计算研究

摘    要:为了对压气机轮盘疲劳寿命评估和结构优化提供相应的温度场数据,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了某型发动机高压压气机转子的二维整体模型,讨论了高压压气机不同部位的边界条件和旋转盘腔内换热的规律,对高压压气机在发动机从慢车状态到最大状态下的瞬态温度场进行了计算,并分析了盘的径向温差随时间变化关系。计算结果表明:各级盘的径向温差产生在轮缘与盘中心孔附近的厚块之间;在温度场趋于稳定的过程中,径向温差先增大后减小;各级盘的最大径向温差随转子级数增加而增大。

Abstract:In order to provide the temperature field data for fatigue life predictions and structural optimization of compressor discs, a two dimensional model of the High Pressure(HP)compressor in a turbofan engine is estab- lished using the general finite element analysis software ANSYS. The boundary conditions of different parts of HP compressor and heat transfer inside rotating disc are discussed, and the transient temperature field of the HP compressor is calculated from idling rating to maximum rating. The time history of disc radial temperature difference is analyzed and discussed. The calculation results indicate that, the disc radial temperature difference is generated between rim and center of disc; from idling rating to maximum rating, the radial temperature difference is firstly increased, and then decreased gradually till to a steady value; the maximum radial temperature difference inside each disc is increased from low pressure to high pressure stage.
