LIP与PTB真空计量标准的比对

摘    要:1987~1989年,采用我国生产的DL-2型热阴极电离规为传递规,分别对LIP的新型标准压缩式真空计标准装置与PTB的静态膨胀标准装置进行了两轮比对。比对中,使用He、Ar、N_2三种气体。比对结果,最大偏差为1.48%,DL-2规的重复性为+0.49%(PTB)和-0.88%(LIP)。LIP从美国MKS公司购买的SRG-2规,在PTB进行了校准。运到我国后,LIP进行了认真的校准。双方的数据偏差小于013%。

Abstract:LIP with the McLeod gauge and PTB with the static expansion standard, adopting DL-2 hot cathode ion gauge made in China as the transfer gauge, carried out twice intercomparisons for He, Ar and N_2 from 1987 to 1989, respectively. The maximal deviation of the results was 1.48%. During the two years, the reproducibilities of the DL-2 were +0.49% for PTB and -0.88% for LIP. A SRG-2 gauge purchased from MKS Co of US was calibrated in PTB. After transported to China, LIP conducted the careful calibration for it. The devi- ation of the data from PTB and LIP was below 0.3%.
