| 摘 要： | 高校后勤在高校中的主要职责是为高校的教学、科研、管理及师生生活提供保障和服务。随着社会的进步和经济发展,一些高校后勤研究者们对高校后勤的作用进行更加深入的探讨和研究。自教育部提出了高校后勤为教学服务,为科研服务,为师生员工服务＂和＂服务育人,管理育人＂三服务,两育人＂的工作宗旨后,高校后勤工作既具有服务又具有育人的作用有了明确的定论。但由于受到传统思维及原有体制的影响,高校后勤在服务育人方面存在一些问题。主要针对主校后勤服务育人工作存在的问题进行分析并提出解决问题的方案。

| Abstract: | As is known to all,the main task of college rear service is to provide support and services for teaching,scientific research,management and the daily life of teachers and students.With social progress and economic development,some college rear service researchers make further exploration and research in this aspect.Since the education Ministry put forward the Three Kinds of Services and Two Kinds of Educating People,college rear service not only aims to serve but also to educate.However,due to the influence of stereotype and previous system,there are some problems in the educational function of college rear service.This paper analyzes these existing problems and puts forward solutions to the problems. |
