某航空发动机火焰筒在动载荷下的频率响应分析

摘    要:在火焰筒中由于燃烧不均匀产生的脉动,会形成一个较宽频率范围的声激振动,受这种振动的影响火焰筒可能在某一个固有频率下激振,如果激振所造成的振动应力足够大,将产生高循环疲劳破坏,最终导致火焰筒局部壁面脱落1].因此研究发动机火焰筒在动载荷下的频率响应十分必要.利用UG软件建模和ANSYS动载荷分析软件,计算求出某航空发动机火焰筒的前十阶固有频率和振型.对火焰筒在0~1000Hz的激振频率下进行频率响应分析,分析结果对火焰筒设计和排故有一定参考作用.

Abstract:The asymmetric burning in flame-basket can arouse a sound actuated vibration with a broad frequency scope.This vibration will make the flame-basket vibrating under a certain frequency and if the vibration stress large enough,it will lead to cycle fatigue break.It is necessary to analysis the frequency response of aero-engine flame-basket under dynamic load.In this paper,the first ten inherent frequencies and modal figures are calculated and an analysis of frequency response of flame-basket in a frequency scope from 0Hz to 1000Hz is also made using UG modeling and ANSYS dynamic loads analysis.The analysis result can also be referenced for designing and fault diagnosis of flame-basket.
