摘    要:高频钎焊焊接方法在国内外进行研究的院校和公司相对较少,是一项较新的钎焊方法。国外在此项焊接工艺的研究和应用走在世界的前列。国内一直处于不断摸索和改进的过程中,焊接过程始终存在一些问题。通过本课题技术研究和相关的试验,详细地介绍了高频钎焊设备、工艺方法和高频钎焊工艺参数确定等方面的应用。

Abstract:High frequency brazing is seldom carried on research in colleges and companies at home and abroad. Reasearch and application of high frequency brazing abroad stay ahead of this area. In china, domestic research has been in the process of exploration and improvement, and there are still some insufficients in it. This paper detailed presents application of facility of high frequency brazing, high qualitative welding method and selection of technological parameter by technical research and experiment.
