| 摘 要： | 本文运用心理学原理结合乒乓球教学实践，提出采用表象训练方法，有助于学习和改进发球动作技术，提高教学质量。实验表明，采用表象训练进行教学，对学习和掌握动作技术具有明显促进作用。
