| 摘 要： | 本文提供了一种试验测定操纵面或调整片绕自身铰链轴线的转动惯量的新方法。用该方法测定转动惯量时,不需要知道操纵面的质量和质心位置,因而可减少测试设备,提高测试精度。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new approach to determining the moments of inertia of the control surface or tab about its hinge line. When determining the moments of inertia with this approach, it is not necessary to determine the mass of the control surface and the location of the centroid. Therefore, less testing equipment is needed, and testing accuracy is increased. |
