Effect of bristle pack position on the rotordynamic characteristics of brush-labyrinth seals at various operating conditions

Over the last few decades, the research on the effect of bristle pack position on the rotordynamic characteristics of the brush-labyrinth seals is not sufficient. To this end, two kinds of brush-labyrinth seals for the bristle pack element installed upstream of the labyrinth teeth named BSU and installed downstream of the labyrinth teeth called BSD were used to investigate the effect of bristle pack position on the rotordynamic characteristics of the brush-labyrinth seals. Using the numerical model combining the porous medium model and the whirling rotor method, the rotordynamic characteristics of the BSU and BSD at various operating conditions including four kinds of pressure ratios, five kinds of inlet preswirl speeds and four kinds of rotor spinning speeds were conducted. The obtained results show that the effects of operating conditions on rotordynamic coefficients for the different seal configurations are different. The direct stiffness, cross-coupled stiffness and direct damping of the BSU are lower than those of the BSD. The rotordynamic coefficients of the BSU are more insensitive to the operating conditions variation. From the perspective of the seal stability, the BSU is a better brush-labyrinth seal configuration at high pressure ratio, high positive preswirl or high rotor spinning speed conditions. While in the case of low pressure ratio, low positive preswirl or low rotor spinning speed conditions, the BSD is a better choice.

求解装箱问题的遗传算法

本文提出了两种求解装箱问题（ＢｉｎＰａｃｋｉｎｇ）的遗传算法。一种是简单遗传算法,它采用等长度字符代码编码方法,使用常规的遗传操作算子。另一种是混合遗传算法,它综合运用解装箱问题的ＦＦＤ（ＦｉｒｓｔＦｉｔＤｅ－ｃｒｅａｓｉｎｇ）近似算法和简单遗传算法。试算结果表明,由这两种遗传算法所得到的装箱方案较一些近似算法所得到的装箱方案都要好。     

改进力控方案完成异形孔装配

讨论了改进的力／位混合控制方案、异形孔装配策略规划及其在ＪＲＢ－１机器人上的实现。简述了该方案的优点，在ＪＲＢ－１机器人上实现所解决的问题，提出用适应性增益解决力控环稳定问题。文中还结合异形孔装配给出了装配任务的描述和装配策略的自动生成方法。     

大厚度比零件（外侧）和波纹管（内侧）的缝焊研究

某重点型号波纹管组合件的设计要求是缝焊，对照以往产品的结构，比较明显的情况是波纹管在零件的内侧。零件的厚度是3mm，波纹管的厚度是0.1mm，零件与波纹管的厚度比比较大。波纹管在零件的内侧会产生一个问题：波纹管在焊接过程中会逐渐收缩，到最后与零件之间产生间隙，导致局部形不成焊缝。研究通过减小车配间隙,增加冷却手段、滚轮厚度和压力等措施来实现大厚度比的零件和波纹管之间的缝焊。     

基于激光的便携式飞机装配接缝质量检测仪及应用

介绍了一种基于激光的便携式接缝质量检测仪的工作原理及硬件组成。使用该检测仪对飞机缝隙和台阶阶差进行了测量,通过与人工测量进行对比验证,证明了该装置可实现对特征三维信息的快速自动检测,工作准确可靠。     

飞机数字化装配系统中机身交点孔加工方法研究

针对传统交点孔加工方法加工精度低且存在回弹变形的问题,设计了一种满足飞机大部件数字化装配要求的机身交点孔精加工方法,根据交点孔的加工特性完成了机身定位与固持、数控加工中心定位以及加工工艺的总体设计,确定了交点孔加工程序原点的计算方法和编程原则,最后通过交点孔试切加工试验验证了加工方法的可行性。     

Flow mechanism between purge flow and mainstream in different turbine rim seal configurations

The rim seal is used to prevent mainstream ingestion to the gap between the vane of a turbine and its blade. In this article, the dolphin lip with a hook configuration and a large seal cavity with hook structures are designed based on the high-pressure turbine datum single shark lip rim seal configuration. The sealing effect and parameters of the flow field are measured by an experiment method and a numerical simulation is used to explain the mechanism. For three configurations, the effect of the leakage slot vortex on the efficiency of the seal and the influence of leakage vortex, generated by the interaction between purge flow and mainstream flow, are discussed in depth. The result shows that the reverse vortex formed by the dolphin lip rim seal with hook structure will increase the sealing efficiency. The seal configuration with a large cavity improves sealing efficiency to a greater extent than the datum structure. At different purge flow rates and with unequal seal structures, the purge flow produces three types of leakage vortices in the passage. Besides, the seal configuration with dolphin lip produces a Kelvin-Helmholtz instability at the interface of the purge and the mainstream flows at a low purge flow rate to induce new leakage vortex branches in the passage of the blade.     

飞机大部件自动对接同步调姿方法

提出了飞机大部件自动对接同步调姿方法,实现了大部件调姿基准点的连续自动跟踪测量和位姿连续调整.在此基础上开发了集测量场构建、大部件位姿解算和调整等功能于一体的大部件自动对接集成控制软件,并在ARJ21飞机翼身自动对接现场进行了应用试验,结果证明该方法能有效完成飞机翼身自动对接过程,提高测量和对接效率.     

飞机装配质量数字化检测技术研究及应用

针对飞机装配过程质量评价对数字化测量技术的需求,开展了面向飞机装配的数字化测量特征设计、测量方案设计、多系统异构测量场构建、测量误差分析与修正等技术研究,并以表面类、内部结构特征、大部件对接和活动部件装配质量的控制为例,阐述了测量设备选型、整体测量场的构建方法及其应用效果.
