河南省人力资本与经济增长的关系

河南的人力资本与经济发展相互影响、相互制约,具有密切的联系.人力资本对经济发展的促进作用是显而易见的,但经济的快速增长并没有带来人力资本存量的相应增加,这与多年来执行的经济政策是一致的.无论是在省际层面还是省内层面,河南人力资本与经济发展之间存在着不一致性,人力资本的培育和发展具有较大的不平衡性.从人力资本的结构上看,不同类型的人力资本与经济之间的相互关系呈现出多样性.     

钇对Ti-23Al-25Nb合金压缩性能的影响

采用SEM和XRD分析热处理后合金试样的显微组织及相组成,用TEM分析原始组织中钇的存在方式.结果表明,钇在原始组织中以Y2O3形式存在;钇增加O相衍射峰,提高Ti-23Al-25Nb合金压缩性能,如抗压强度、压缩率等,钇的强化作用是由于Y2O3第二相粒子强化和钇细化晶粒的晶界强化共同作用的结果.     

Partition method for improvement of piecewise linear model with full envelope covered

Since ambient conditions vary in a wide range within the full flight envelope, the existing piecewise linear model (PLM), which is based on sea-level static condition with use of corrected parameters for other points in the flight envelope, cannot meet the accuracy for replacing the nonlinear model. To obtain more accurate linear models, a method of partitioning the flight envelope over a grid of Mach number and altitude boxes was suggested. Then, a set of linear models for a given operating condition was selected by picking the nearest (Mach number, altitude) box in the flight envelope. Through the selected set of linear models, interpolating for power level based on a weighted sum of corrected rotor speeds can obtain a linear model with acceptable accuracy. Simulation results of different points within the full flight envelope showed that the maximum error between nonlinear model and the existing PLM was more than 50%, while the maximum error between nonlinear model and the improved PLM was within 8%. It is concluded that the improved PLM performs accurately, especially under the non-standard conditions. In addition, the improved PLM can satisfy the real-time requirement better than the existing PLM.

The solar-terrestrial event of 23 February 1956

The solar flare of 23 February 1956 and the resulting geophysical disturbance ranks as one of the most remarkable solar-terrestrial events of the twentieth century. It sparked many papers and has seldom been equalled. Fifty years after the International Geophysical Year, it seems timely to review the observations of the event from today’s perspective, and to draw on the recollections of scientists who were active at the time.     

应力对DD5单晶高温合金持久过程中析出相的影响

利用扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了DD5单晶高温合金在持久性能测试过程中试样不同位置析出相的析出规律,分析了应力对析出相析出行为的影响并鉴定了两种析出相的种类。研究结果表明该合金在1 038 ℃/172 MPa条件下随着局部拉应力的增大,枝晶间和枝晶干析出相数量都明显增加;合金在871 ℃/552 MPa条件下只在枝晶间区域析出少量粒状析出相,且随拉应力的增大,析出相数量有所增加;透射电镜分析表明合金的枝晶干区域的析出相主要为μ相,枝晶间析出粒状析出相主要为M₂₃C₆碳化物相。     

降低航炮后座力的必要性及可行性

航空射击武器的后座力对其载机有诸多不利影响,因此,必须设法减小这些影响。本文就JL8飞机航炮后座力过大对飞机的不利影响进行了分析,阐述了降低航炮后座力的必要性。同时还就如何解决航炮后座力过大问题进行了研究,提出了降低JL8飞机所装23－2航炮后座力的方法。     

稀土对高纯超高强度23CoNi钢组织与性能影响的初步探索

在23CoNi钢中添加稀土可改善δ5和ψ,抗拉强度σb和冲击值aku略有提高,而对KIC和σ0.2影响较小.添加稀土后钢中形成含S和Al稀土化合物.研究表明,稀土可阻碍钢的晶粒长大,并能细化板条马氏体的板条尺寸.     

XM23胶的单轴拉伸试验及超弹性本构模型构建

文摘XM23胶广泛应用于航天光学遥感器,用于粘接光学透镜与金属结构件,可以起到减振作用。目前对XM23胶的力学性能的研究都是基于线弹性理论,但XM23胶是一种高聚合物,表现出非线性特征,无法使用线弹性材料的杨氏模量和泊松比进行准确地表征。本文首先通过XM23胶的单轴拉伸试验测试出该胶的应力应变数据,基于超弹性理论,尝试运用3种超弹性本构模型进行数据拟合。分析发现,Mooney-Rivlin 3参数本构模型最适于表征XM23胶的力学性能,其本构模型材料参数C₁₀为-0.205 9 MPa、C₀₁为0.688 8 MPa、C₁₁为0.055 7 MPa。利用此本构模型使用有限元软件模拟了该胶的单轴拉伸试验,仿真得到应力应变数据在误差范围内与试验数据一致。XM23胶的超弹性本构模型构建为XM23胶的胶接结构有限元建模提供了理论和数据支撑。     

Altered expression of mRNAs implicated in osteogenesis under conditions of simulated microgravity is regulated by CD200:CD200R

Mouse calvarial cells grown under simulated microgravity conditions (neutral buoyancy) show preferential differentiation towards the osteoclast lineage, as defined by surrogate mRNAs, bone nodule growth and TRAP⁺ cells, when compared with cells cultured under normal gravity conditions. This effect was suppressed in cultures which contained the immunoregulatory molecule CD200, and conversely enhanced by anti-CD200 mAb. Concomitant increases occur in expression of inflammatory cytokines, and their mRNAs, under simulated microgravity conditions. Again cultures containing exogenous CD200 showed suppressed cytokine and cytokine mRNA expression. Further alterations in osteoclastogenesis were seen using cells isolated from cytokine-receptor knockout mice. We conclude that, as assessed by altered expression of mRNAs associated with osteoblast differentiation, CD200:CD200R interactions play an important regulatory role in the enhanced osteoclastogenesis seen under simulated microgravity conditions, with changes in cytokine expression further modulating this effect.
