宇航科学文献情报源初析

本文通过对《宇航学报》1981～1988年322篇论文中2466条参考文献的统计分析,得出以下结论,(a)宇航科学的文献情报源重在期刊类文献。(b)以《宇航学报》、《航空学报》、《AIAA,Jourual》等六种期刊类文献为重点文献。(c)中文的引文作者和论文作者相对集中。(d)期刊类文献的半衰期为8～10年。     

用科学发展观构建高职高专学报创新发展之路

胡锦涛同志倡导的科学发展观，不仅对全面实现建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会的宏伟目标有着极其重要的意义，同时，对高职高专学报的创新和发展，也有着非常重要的意义。高职高专学报目前存在着实力不强、质量不高、特色不明、办刊因难的局面，要改变这种状况，就要贯彻落实科学发展观，明确学报的发展方向、本质和核心，发展的基本内涵和基本要求，使高职高专学报在林立的高校学报队伍中真正拥有一席之地。     

作为企业组织形式的信托

在信托作为企业组织形式的发展过程中,有两个问题值得关注：一是为什么信托能够作为企业的组织形式;二是信托作为企业组织形式经历了由盛而衰,然后再度崛起的过程,其背后的原因是什么？以法经济学的视角观察会发现,信托与公司在资产分割及其所导致的债权人模式上是没有区别的,这奠定了信托作为企业形式的基础;而以企业理论观察,就会发现信托与公司在企业所有权安排上的不同,即信托将控制权安排给了人力资本所有者,而公司则是将控制权安排给了非人力资本,这一不同导致了两者在治理结构与应用范围上的差别。

A comprehensive numerical model investigating the thermal-dynamic performance of scientific balloon

The increase of balloon applications makes it necessary for a comprehensive understanding of the thermal and dynamic performance of scientific balloons. This paper proposed a novel numerical model to investigate the thermal and dynamic characteristics of scientific balloon in both ascending and floating conditions. The novel model consists of a dynamic model and thermal model, the dynamic model was solved numerically by a computer program developed with Matlab/Simulink to calculate the velocity and trajectory, the thermal model was solved by the Fluent program to find out the balloon film temperature distribution and inner Helium gas velocity and temperature field. These models were verified by comparing the numerical results with experimental data. Then the thermal and dynamic behavior of a scientific balloon in a real environment were simulated and discussed in details.     

Scientific objectives and payloads of Tianwen-1, China’s first Mars exploration mission

This paper describes the scientific objectives and payloads of Tianwen-1, China’s first exploration mission to Mars. An orbiter, carrying a lander and a rover, lifted-off in July 2020 for a journey to Mars where it should arrive in February 2021. A suite of 13 scientific payloads, for in-situ and remote sensing, autonomously commanded by integrated payload controllers and mounted on the orbiter and the rover will study the magnetosphere and ionosphere of Mars and the relation with the solar wind, the atmosphere, surface and subsurface of the planet, looking at the topography, composition and structure and in particular for subsurface ice. The mission will also investigate Mars climate history. It is expected that Tianwen-1 will contribute significantly to advance our scientific knowledge of Mars.     

基于本体的航空发动机设计知识组织模型构建与分析

为实现航空发动机设计知识的集中组织与管理, 进行知识组织模型技术研究, 提出基于知识本体的知识组织模型构建方法.研究了面向航空发动机设计的知识本体的结构、设计准则、构建方法以及映射技术, 并分析了基于本体的知识组织模型的特征, 给出了基于知识本体的面向航空发动机设计的知识组织模型的实施框架.此框架对航空发动机设计知识管理的应用研究有参考价值.
