为了解决大缸径船用预混天然气双燃料发动机的爆震问题,并拓展天然气的稀燃边界。基于三维数值模拟的方法对大缸径船机进行了仿真模拟。分析了大缸径双燃料发动机爆震的特点,并对缸内涡流强度和废气再循环(EGR,Exhaust Gas Re-circulation)率对爆震的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:大缸径预混天然气发动机的爆震位置往往发生在气缸边缘,火焰面的传播过程是引起缸内爆震的主要因素。随着缸内涡流从无到有的增强,缸内的爆震强度随之增强;当涡流到达一定程度后,随着涡流的增强,缸内的爆震强度反而降低;缸内加入EGR可以提高天然气当量比的同时减少爆震的强度,可以拓展天然气的稀燃边界。 相似文献

A so-called “ISF” prediction method for geomagnetic disturbances caused by solar wind storms blowing to the Earth is suggested. The method is based on a combined approach of solar activity, interplanetary scintillation (I) and geomagnetic disturbance observations during the period 1966–1982 together with the dynamics of solar wind storm propagation (S) and fuzzy mathematics (F). It has been used for prediction tests for 37 geomagnetic disturbance events during the descending solar activity phase 1984–1985, and was presented in 33rd COSPAR conference. Here, it has been improved by consideration of the three dimensional propagation characteristics of each event, the search for the best radio source and the influence of the southward components of interplanetary magnetic fields on the geomagnetic disturbances. It is used for prediction tests for 24 larger geomagnetic disturbance events that produced space anomalies during the period 1980–1999. The main results are: (1) for the onset time of the geomagnetic disturbance, the relative error between the observation, Tobs, and the prediction, Tpred, ΔTpred/Tobs 10% for 45.8% of all events, 30% for 78.3% and >30% for only 21.7%; (2) for the magnetic disturbance magnitude, the relative error between the observation, ∑Kp,obs, and the prediction, ∑Kp,pred, Δ∑Kp,pred/∑Kp,obs 10% for 41.6% of all events, 30% for 79% and 45% for 100%. This shows that the prediction method described here has encouraging prospects for improving predictions of large geomagnetic disturbances in space weather events. 相似文献

This paper focused on the effect of pre-strain on forming limit curves (FLC) of 5754-O aluminum alloy sheet through utilizing biaxial tensile approach. Based on Swift model and Yld2000-2d yield criterion, the dimensions of cruciform specimen was optimized through applying finite element method for increasing the strain at specimen center. After that, with the recommended specimen size, the cruciform specimen was tested under various stroke ratios to experimentally characterize the limit strains under different pre-strain levels. Subsequently, the biaxial tensile tests were simulated by Abaqus to obtain the limit strains and validate the material models. It can be observed in both experiments and simulations that the pre-strained uniaxial tension followed by plane tension or equi-biaxial tension can improve the formability of sheet metals. Besides, the strain path change affects the trend of first derivative of strain rate difference between neighboring points with respect to time. An early increase occurred and then fell back to the stable value, the steady evolution continued until to a new increase reaching the critical value. The M–K prediction approach was simulated to verify the influence of pre-strain on FLC. It can be found that the early increase peaks of the major strain incremental ratio rose with the amplitude of pre-strain. Finally, the phenomenon of pseudolocalization caused by the strain path change was explained through evolution of stress state inside the groove. 相似文献

针对一般非线性系统的故障检测,从工程应用的角度提出了一种基于自适应模糊输出观测器的非线性系统鲁棒故障检测方法。该方法以自适应模糊系统构造未知非线性模型的输出观测器,在充分考虑外加噪声干扰和系统误差的情况下,通过对一般反向传播学习算法进行改进,提出采用鲁棒反向传播学习算法调整观测器参数以辩识系统输出,再结合阈值故障检测策略检测系统故障。为保证算法具有较快的收敛速度,本文给出了根据模糊规则确定算法初始参数的选择方法并证明了算法的收敛性。仿真结果表明,对一般非线性系统故障检测,该方法具有有效性和实时性,以及对噪声干扰和系统误差的鲁棒性。 相似文献
