基于成熟度的航空发动机WBS技术及工作模式研究

航空发动机工作分解结构一直是型号研制的重要依据。通过研究国内中小航空发动机压气机组件现行多学科协同设计过程,在对原来的工作分解结构进行分析后,提出基于成熟度的优化工作分解结构。使得航空发动机压气机组件的协同设计过程效率得到了提高,并在Teamcenter平台系统中进行了实例验证。     

Estimation of optical maturity parameter for lunar soil characterization using Moon Mineralogy Mapper (M3)

Prolonged exposure of the microscopic outer layer of the lunar surface to the space environment leads to the maturation of the surface. Maturation can be quantified and it may be expressed in terms of optical maturity (OMAT). Optical maturity estimations are very much helpful in the identification and mapping of the major minerals present on the lunar regolith. Estimation of the maturation and mineral mapping using remote sensing techniques are achieved, by coupling spectral reflectance of the lunar surface with an optimized origin. The present work estimates the optical maturity and Ferrous oxide content of the Goldschmidt and Schrodinger craters, through the recalibration of the classical method of Lucey et al. (2000a) with an origin of (0.08, 1.18) and Moon Mineralogy Mapper (M3) data. The overall recalibration results assure that the craters are highly matured.

卫星公用平台成熟度研究

介绍了国内外成熟度评估体系的发展情况,提出了平台配套单机产品成熟度等级分布、平台内/外部接口控制能力等用于评价卫星公用平台成熟度的6项要素。建立了用于表征卫星公用平台从原理平台开始,逐步进阶为有可靠性保证的多型号通用平台全过程的6级成熟度模型。最后分析了成熟度在指导平台系列化发展与平台快速成熟中的应用前景。     

TIA前机载软件成熟度评估的相关研究

率先引入rFAA（美国联邦航空局）提出的软件成熟度的概念。局方正式签发TIA（型号检查核准书）前,在软件的构型和符合性均未达到最终冻结状态的情况下,通过对软件的成熟度进行有效评估,可以为验证试飞前软件的工程批准提供有力的支持与保障,在一定程度上降低局方飞行试验的风险,保障适航验证试飞活动的顺利开展。由于机载软件成熟度足一个新兴的概念,目前局方（FAA、CAAC）对于如何进行成熟度评估尚未形成正式的、通用的政策性指导文件,国内主机厂对此问题也没有相关的处理经验和具体的操作方法。基于机载软件本身的特点,参考局方在机载软件审查时的主要关注点,提出了TIA前机载软件成熟度评估的基本考虑要素与分析重点。     

国外某航天企业项目管理模式探讨

分析了国外某航天企业的项目管理模式及其主要的管理组织结构和职能,指出项目管理能力已经成为衡量航天企业综合能力的重要标志,结合该企业先进的经验,讨论了目前国内航天院所项目管理现状的不足,并提出了提高相关项目管理能力和管理成熟度的建议。     

成熟度在飞机研制一体化流程的应用

为满足现代飞机的市场需求和最大限度地规避技术和质量风险,提高飞机设计制造一体化水平是必由之路.通过借鉴波音和空中客车相关思想,从一体化流程和数字化产品模型来明确成熟度的基本定义并强调成熟度的重要性,提出数字化模型成熟度和里程碑两项关键技术,研究在一体化流程中应用数字化模型成熟度的管理和控制方法,结合模块化的产品结构分解方法和企业的设计、生产和工艺的实际情况,建立起基于模块化的多级成熟度思想,并给出制造工艺流程设计的实例来验证这种方法对保证数字化产品模型完整和一体化流程畅通的有效性.      

Remote estimation of the structure of the surface layer of Mercury

Results of the optical observations of Mercury and the Moon confirm the close similarity of photometric properties of the bodies. Undoubtedly, the surface of Mercury, which is subjected to the same processes, is covered by a mantle of shattered rocks – the regolith. The structure of the reflecting layer determines the photometric and polarization characteristics of the surface of a planetary body. Despite the general similarity of the integral optical properties of the surfaces of Mercury and the Moon, specific characteristics of the media of these celestial bodies manifest themselves as identifiable differences in the details of the measured parameters: Mercury’s regolith is smoother than of the Moon, probably contains a greater fines fraction, and has greater maturity.

介绍了并行工程的定义及国内外并行工程的应用现状,分析了商用飞机全寿命周期的费用。结合商用飞机研制特点,研究了基于成熟度定义的并行工程方法。通过并行工程的应用,缩短研制周期,降低研制费用。
