基于振动传递符号有向图的齿轮箱嵌入式传感器优化配置模型与算法

针对嵌入式条件下振动信号的采集方式、传递路径与传统方式不同的特点,采用有限元仿真方法,分析了嵌入式传感下齿轮箱故障振动的传递特性,在此基础上建立了基于故障振动传递符号有向图的优化配置模型,并研究了基于粒子群优化的求解算法.案例仿真结果验证了上述方法的有效性,为在齿轮箱内部合理嵌入传感器提供了一种可行途径.

Investigation on Thermal and Dimensional Stability of Epoxy Resin In-Situ Modified by Cyanate Ester Resin and Polydimethylsiloxane

The thermal and dimensional stability of epoxy resin (EP) in-situ modified by cyanate ester (CE) and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) are investigated by means of experiments and numerical simulation. Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) are used to analyze the heat resistance of the modified EP. The dimensional stability is characterized by the volume shrinkage of the series PDMS/CE/EP obtained by the density method. The chemical structure of the PDMS/CE/EP is analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results of TGA and DSC indicate that the thermal stability of PDMS/CE/EP decreases firstly and then increases with the increase in the amount of CE. The addition of PDMS shows a slight effect on the thermal stability. The 40% CE makes the blending system exhibit the lowest initial decomposition temperature, which reduces by 15.5% and 40.8% compared with pure EP and CE, respectively. The FTIR results suggested that the influence of CE on the thermal stability of the modified EP is mainly ascribed to the generation of oxazolidinone ring with low thermal stability and the increase in the triazine ring with high thermal stability. The volume shrinkage measurement results show that the introduction of CE and PDMS are both beneficial to the improvement of the dimensional stability of the blending systems. The in-situ addition of 80% CE shows the lowest volume shrinkage of 6.11%. The thermal stress distribution of PDMS/CE/EP generated during the solidification process is simulated by the finite element analysis. The results suggested that the introduction of 80% CE into EP results in the lowest thermal stress in the blending system, which indicates that the system has the lowest volume shrinkage, which agrees well with the experimental results.     

基于进化神经网络的组合导航系统滤波算法研究

组合导航系统中,卡尔曼滤波算法的估计特性依赖于精确的系统模型和准确的外观测数据.任何一个条件不满足将导致滤波精度下降甚至发散.为此,本文引入进化神经网络和自适应卡尔曼滤波技术.仿真结果证明,文中所提算法能够有效克服常规卡尔曼滤波的缺点,并保持较高的精度.     

空间电推进技术应用现状与发展趋势

电推进技术是近年来空间推进领域发展和应用最为活跃的专业技术。文章阐述了电推进在航天器上应用的优势与问题,电推进应用于航天器可带来节省推进剂、提高姿控精度、扩展深空探测距离等优势,同时需要关注带来的表面电位变化、荷能粒子影响、电磁干扰等问题。目前,电推进已经广泛应用于GEO及低轨卫星、深空探测器等航天器上,并且电推进正逐步向更大功率、超高比冲、更多模式、更低成本等方向发展。建议我国加大需求牵引,夯实基础理论,尽快开展多种电推进空间飞行,并不断培育新型电推进技术,占领未来电推进技术制高点。     

面向任务的电推进航天器性能优化与控制

针对电推进(EP)系统的性能与任务耦合优化及控制问题,提出一种基于电推进特征参数模型的耦合优化方法。以入轨有效载荷质量转移率最优为目标,推导出化学-电推进组合任务与多模态全电推进任务的完备形式的拓展火箭方程与最优比冲(Isp)表达式,得到多模态连续电推进最优比冲的计算方法,并得到相关参数对最优比冲的影响规律。结果表明,提出的耦合优化方法与最优比冲公式对求解多模态电推进任务的最优比冲和研究电推进航天器耦合优化控制问题具有指导意义和通用性。     

Effect of Processing and Composition on the Structure and Properties of P/M EP741NP Type Alloys

A study was carried out on the effects of processing and composition on the structure and properties of P/M EP741NP type alloys. The objectives of this study were to understand the role of Hf in a P/M superalloy containing high niobium used in aircraft engines and to determine the effects of extrusion and forging the powders as contrasted to HIPing (hot isostatic pressing) only. Two alloys of the P/M EP741NP composition were atomized: one alloy contained 0.26%Hf and the other was Hf free. After the as-atomized powders from both alloys were characterized, the powders were extruded into billets, forged and heat treated. After each process, the microstructures were characterized by SEM and the phases were extracted and identified by X-ray diffraction. The presence of Hf in the residues was probed by EDS (energy dispersive spectroscopy). The alloys were given the published Russian heat treatment as well as a more conventional heat treatment more typical of western powder alloys. Tensile, creep and stress rupture mechanical property tests were run. Results of the structural behavior of the alloys after each processing step will be presented and discussed. The role of the Hf on the mechanical proper- ties will be discussed.     

基于EP7312的LCD显示器的一种高效率显示算法

传统的LCD显示系统以点为单位,显示算法都围绕低效率的点操作进行。对比传统点操作的算法,本文针对EP7312LCD显示系统介绍了一种直接内存搬移的显示算法,从根本上提高了显示速度,这种算法对其他处理器的显示系统也有很好的参考价值。
