The comparison of the IRI model with the foF2 distribution in the equatorial anomaly region obtained by topside sounding onboard the Interkosmos-19 satellite has been carried out. The global distribution of foF2 in terms of LT-maps was constructed by averaging Intercosmos-19 data for summer, winter, and equinox. These maps, in fact, represent an empirical model of the equatorial anomaly for high solar activity F10.7 ~ 200. The comparison is carried out for the latitudinal foF2 profiles in the characteristic longitudinal sectors of 30, 90, 210, 270, and 330°, as well as for the longitudinal variations in foF2 over the equator. The largest difference between the models (up to 60%) for any season was found in the Pacific longitudinal sector of 210°, where there are a few ground-based sounding stations. Considerable discrepancies, however, are sometimes observed in the longitudinal sectors, where there are many ground-based stations, for example, in the European or Indian sector. The discrepancies reach their maximum at 00 LT, since a decay of the equatorial anomaly begins before midnight in the IRI model and after midnight according to the Interkosmos-19 data. The discrepancies are also large in the morning at 06 LT, since in the IRI model, the foF2 growth begins long before sunrise. In the longitudinal variations in foF2 over the equator at noon, according to the satellite data, four harmonics are distinguished in the June solstice and at the equinox, and three harmonics in the December solstice, while in the IRI model only two and one harmonics respectively are revealed. In diurnal variations in foF2 and, accordingly, in the equatorial anomaly intensity, the IRI model does not adequately reproduce even the main, evening extremum.  相似文献

针对民用航空发动机钛合金整体叶盘常用材料TA19开展其母材试件与电子束焊焊接试件在20,300,450℃的疲劳试验,通过焊接试件的焊缝材料断口与母材断口形貌的比较探讨了焊缝材料的疲劳破坏机理,并在104~106循环的疲劳寿命区间内采用Basquin模型分别建立了焊缝材料和母材的应力-疲劳寿命(S-N)曲线,结果显示母材试件与焊接试件的试验疲劳寿命大部分都落在了对应模型计算疲劳寿命的2倍线之内,表明试验得到的S-N曲线是合理的.焊接试件与母材试件的S-N曲线的对比分析表明,20℃时焊接试件的疲劳性能比母材试件略高,而在300℃和450℃时焊接试件与母材试件的疲劳性能差异随应力水平发生变化.但总地说来,在所关注疲劳寿命区间内,母材试件与焊接试件的计算疲劳寿命差异也在2倍线以内,初步表明两者的疲劳性能相当.   相似文献

 第一代热障涂层(TBCs)由氧化钇部分稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)陶瓷隔热层和金属粘结层组成,该涂层长期使用温度低于1 200℃。随着先进航空发动机向着高推重比发展,迫切要求发展新一代超高温、高隔热热障涂层材料。LaTi2Al9O19(LTA)在1 500℃长期保持相稳定,是一种非常有前景的超高温热障涂层候选材料。本文采用大气等离子喷涂(APS)制备了LTA涂层,研究了喷涂工艺对涂层微观组织结构和热物理性能的影响。结果表明沉积态涂层中含少量的非晶态,在860℃和1 130℃出现晶化峰。等离子喷涂过程中La2O3挥发量较多,导致沉积态涂层中La元素与原始粉末相比含量偏低,而其他组分的化学成分随喷涂功率变化不大。LTA涂层的热扩散系数在1 400℃下为0.3~0.4 mm2·s-1,热导率为1.1~1.6 W·m-1·K-1。1 050℃经过20小时热处理后,得到晶化的涂层在晶化温度范围内的热扩散系数和热导率值均增大。随着喷涂功率减小,涂层孔隙率增加,热导率减小。  相似文献

2009年4月13日,赵振业院士(上图左)接受了本刊编辑部主任李华文(上图右)的专访。在访谈中,赵院士介绍了应用于WP7、WJ6等发动机压气机叶片和盘的不锈钢GX-8(1Cr12Ni2WMoVnbA)的研制历程,指出该钢的研制融合了西方国家和前苏联合金钢的设计思路,兼具高耐热性和高冲击韧性;介绍了中国第1个航空中温超高强度钢GC-19(38Cr2Mo2VA)的研制历程,指出该钢的应用使得中国制造的飞机后机身构件具有超高强度的设计目标得以实现;介绍了为解决一直困扰中国制造的飞机起落架寿命短的问题而研制的国产300M钢,指出该钢的研制成功使中国飞机起落架用超高强度钢从此走上了双真空高纯熔炼之路,进而使中国飞机起落架从此走上了长寿命、高可靠性之路;最后介绍了中国尚未进行重点研究发展的轴承齿轮钢在国外的研制情况。  相似文献

Hexagonal-plate BaFe12O19 nano-particles were prepared by combining the co-precipitation and molten-salt method. The effects of molten-salt NaCl on the products have been compared with those of KCl. The X-ray diffraction analysis, the environment scanning electron microscopy and the vibrating sample magnetometer were used to measure their characteristics. The results show that the mol- ten-salt KCl is helpful to obtain pure phase while the molten-salt NaCl will prompt the crystallinity of particles to increase. It is also found that, given the molten-salt of NaCl and that of KCl of the same quantity, the particles formed are also the same size. The size of particles slightly increases as the quantity of the salt increases. Moreover, the sample prepared under 200% NaCl salt system has magnetization of 71.5 emu/g.  相似文献

新冠肺炎疫情给世界航空网络的连通性造成重大影响,网络的通达程度明显降低。为了研究中国内地的航空网络对外连通性在疫情影响下的变化,提出对外连通效率这一评价指标,并根据国内外疫情爆发不同阶段的特点采用不同的链路删除规则进行分析。研究结果表明:在疫情爆发前期,因许多国家对中国内地旅客采取入境限制措施,中国内地的航空网络对外连通效率与疫情前相比下降率最大达到39.8%,同等情形下,禁止入境措施对中国内地的对外连通性影响比停飞直航大将近一个数量级,而这两种限制措施造成的影响在不同国家间的横向差异性也巨大。此外,一些与中国内地不存在直航的国家如果采取限制入境措施,也会对中国内地的对外连通性产生很大影响。在疫情爆发中后期,全球的航线连接缩减并未对中国内地的航空对外连通性产生明显影响,中国国际航线间的连通替代关系大大提升了航空网络在此类极端情形下的鲁棒性。  相似文献

The Plasma Experiment for Planetary Exploration (PEPE) flown on Deep Space 1 combines an ion mass spectrometer and an electron spectrometer in a single, low-resource instrument. Among its novel features PEPE incorporates an electrostatically swept field-of-view and a linear electric field time-of-flight mass spectrometer. A significant amount of effort went into developing six novel technologies that helped reduce instrument mass to 5.5 kg and average power to 9.6 W. PEPE’s performance was demonstrated successfully by extensive measurements made in the solar wind and during the DS1 encounter with Comet 19P/Borrelly in September 2001. P. LaTi 2 Al 9 O 19 (LTA) exhibits promising potential as a new kind of thermal barrier coating (TBC) material, due to its excellent high-temperature capability and low thermal conductivity. In this paper, LTA/yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) TBCs are produced by atmospheric plasma spraying. Hot corrosion behavior and the related failure mechanism of the coating are investigated. Decomposition of LTA does not occur even after 1 458 hot corrosion cycles at 1 373 K, revealing good chemical stability in molten salt of Na 2 SO 4 and NaCl. However, the molten salt infiltrates to the bond coat, causing dissolving of the thermally grown oxide (TGO) in the molten salt and hot corrosion of the bond coat. As a result, cracking of the TBC occurs within the oxide layer. In conclusion, the ceramic materials LTA and YSZ reveal good chemical stability in molten salts of Na 2 SO 4 and NaCl, and the bond coat plays a significant role in providing protection for the component against hot corrosion in the LTA/YSZ TBCs. LTA exhibits very promising potential as a novel TBC material.  相似文献

采用Sol-gel法,以自制的AAO模板制备了直径40~60nm,长度为150~200nm的一维BaFe12O19纳米线.利用X射线衍射(XRD),场发射扫描电镜(FESEM),振动样品磁强计(VSM)对BaFe12O19纳米线的组成、形貌与磁性能进行了研究.在外磁场的驱动下,对一维BaFe12O19纳米线进行操控.研究发现:BaFe12O19纳米线的易磁化方向平行其轴线方向,且操控后,BaFe12O19纳米线定向连接成“链”,当磁场与BaFe12O19纳米链阵列平行(∥)时,纳米链的剩余磁化强度(Mr)、饱和磁化强度(Ms)和最大磁能积(BH)m都得到增强.矫顽力(He)由3.98×105A/m增大至5.01×105 A/m,矩形比为0.9,可成为优异的高密度垂直磁记录材料.  相似文献
