Facile Fabrication of Hierarchical Porous N/O Functionalized Carbon Derived from Blighted Grains Towards Electrochemical Capacitors

The hierarchical porous N/O co-functionalized carbon(HPNOC)was scalably prepared by using the lowcost and renewable blighted grains as the raw material coupled with mild KHCO_3 activation for electrochemical capacitors(ECs).The elemental N was in situ doped in the obtained HPNOC without any N-containing additives.Remarkably,the obtained HPNOC was endowed with a large specific surface area(about 2 624m~2·g~(-1)),high pore volume(about 1.35cm~3·g~(-1)),as well as high-content N/O functionalization(about 1.9%(in atom)N and about 10.2%(in atom)O.Furthermore,the as-resulted HPNOC electrode with a high mass loading of 5mg·cm~(-2 )exhibited competitive gravimetric capacitances of about 373.6F·g~(-1 )at 0.5A·g~(-1),and even about 260.4F·g~(-1 )at a high rate of 10A·g~(-1);superior capacitance retention of about 98.8%at 1A·g~(-1 )over 10 000consecutive cycles;and high specific energy of about 9.6W·h·kg~(-1 )at a power of 500W·kg~(-1),when evaluated as a promising electrode in 6mol KOH for advanced electrochemical supercapacitors.More encouragingly,the green synthetic strategy we developed holds a huge promise in generalizing for other biomass-derived carbon materials for versatile energy-related applications.

卫星群分离控制方法研究

根据星群分离控制的一般要求，本文研究了卫星群的相对运动方程，分析了其相对运动特性，在合理的近似假设下对Ｈｉｌｌ方程为出发点，研究了各卫星相对距离限制下的分离控制方法。最后对精确方程与近似方程的仿真比较，表明所设计的健康控制方法是可行的，其结果是可信的。     

卫星遥感数据的浏览查询技术

遥感卫星图像数据的预处理包括数据编目、存档管理、浏览查询和产品生产等部分。其中，浏览查询是向遥感数据的用户提供查询和检索卫星原始数据各级产品数据的手段，浏览查询系统的功能和性能直接影响到遥感数据的使用效率。本文介绍了新一代高码速率遥感卫星地面数据处理中浏览查询系统研制的主要技术。本文所研究的浏览查询技术已成功的运用到资源二号遥感卫星地面站的数据处理系统中。本文论述的数据处理技术将为其它遥感卫星地面数据处理系统的研制提供重要的帮助。     

Rankine涡作用下激波变形和分叉的数值研究

数值模拟了激波和Rankine涡相互作用，重点研究了波涡相互作用引起的激波结构的变化过程。应用非结构化适应网格下的二阶精度Godunov型的PLM格式来求解Elder方程，对一平面激波与不同涡强Rankine涡相互作用下瞬态激波的运动、发展进行了研究。漩涡与激波间相对强度的大小对激波结构的影响明显，弱相互作用诱导激波变形，强相互作用诱导激波变形并产生分叉。计算结果表明，应用非结构化适应网格的PLM格式所得到的数值解较好地反映了瞬态激波结构的有关特征和信息。     

战术弹道导弹中段多弹头进攻方法的研究

由于弹道导弹防御技术的不断发展完善，没有突防手段的战术弹道导弹进攻的成功概率正在不断下降。本文利用零射程线给出了一种在中段初始阶段使用的多弹头突防手段，并进行了理论证明和仿真验证。这种方法不仅工程实现简单，而且在对抗过程中十分有效。     

我国开放式基金选股与择时能力的实证分析

开放式基金代表未来基金发展的方向，根据我国证券投资基金发展较快，但发展时间较短的实际情况，选择了比较成熟的单因素T-M模型、H-M模型和Fama-French三因素模型，对2003年12月26日至2006年6月23日间121个交易周的20只开放式基金进行业绩评价，考察证券投资基金能否在我国这种弱式有效的市场上表现出良好的选股与择时能力。结果表明，除个别基金外，我国开放式基金整体不具备择时能力；虽表现出一定的选股能力，但并不显著。     

确定风洞模型压力中心的变距测力试验

本文提出了采用变换模型相对天平校准中心位置来测得同一状态下的不同俯仰力矩值,再通过数学处理或作图获得小攻角下的精确压力中心位置的试验方法。某型号用本方法试验得到了令人满意的结果。     

多传感器信息融合技术

多传感器信息融合是Ｃ＾３Ｉ系统和电子综合战系统中的关键技术，本文从信息融合分类出发，讨论了单传感器的信息融合决策理论和技术以及多传感器信息融合原理，提出了多传感器信息融合专家系统，着重讨论贝叶斯法用于二元检测的分布式多传感器信息融合的检测方式。     

Adaptive suppression of passive intermodulation in digital satellite transceivers

For the performance issues of satellite transceivers suffering passive intermodulation interference,a novel and effective digital suppression algorithm is presented in this paper.In con trast to analog approaches,digital passive intermodulation (PIM) suppression approaches can be easily reconfigured and therefore are highly attractive for future satellite communication systems.A simplified model of nonlinear distortion from passive microwave devices is established in consid eration of the memory effect.The multiple high-order PIM products falling into the receiving band can be described as a bilinear predictor function.A suppression algorithm based on a bilinear poly nomial decorrelated adaptive filter is proposed for baseband digital signal processing.In consideration of the time-varying characteristics of passive intermodulation,this algorithm can achieve the rapidness of online interference estimation and low complexity with less consumption of resources.Numerical simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively compensate the passive intermodulation interference,and achieve a high signal-to-interference ratio gain.
