Hispasat Advanced Generation 1 (HAG1) is the first satellite using the SGEO platform, which is under the development in the ESA Artes-11 program. Since the last presentation in the IAC 2007, a European industrial consortium led by OHB has completed the mission and spacecraft design. The platform Preliminary Design Review has been carried out in May 2008. The customer for the first mission is a commercial operator—Hispasat. The contract was signed in December 2008 and the satellite will be launched in 2012. To give confidence to the customer, SGEO platform will use up to date flight proven technologies. HAG1 carries 20/24 Ku-band and 3/5 Ka-band transponders to provide commercial services. Some innovative payload technologies will also be flown on board of HAG1 to gain in-orbit heritage. SGEO has also been selected as the baseline platform for the ESA Data Relay Satellite (EDRS). Phase-A study has just kicked off in January 2009. The targeted launch date is 2013. Heinrich Hertz will also use the SGEO platform. Heinrich Hertz is funded by the German Space Agency (DLR) and provides flight opportunities for technologies and components developed by the German Space Industry. With the HAG1 contract in hand, and EDRS and Heinrich Hertz in the line, OHB with its partners has the confidence that it will be able to speed up the product development of the SGEO platform for potential customers in the commercial market. This paper will first present the updated platform design and the status of the product development will be followed with the introduction of innovative payload technologies on board the first mission—HAG1 and ended with the mission concepts of EDRS and Heinrich Hertz missions.  相似文献

利用超声波的生物医学效应可强化冻干保护剂海藻糖对细胞膜的渗透特性,对于不同的生物材料,超声波的强度、频率等对细胞的影响程度不同。本文拟提供一种超声波在生物样品中传播的强度估算方法。针对超声波强化海藻糖载入血小板的实验,建立了血小板悬液中超声波的传播模型,并分析得到符合实验要求的各计算参数及边界条件,通过COMSOL Multiphysics软件计算,评估了超声波在样品中的强度分布。计算结果为实验中超声波强度的选择及超声探头与样品等的布置提供了有效的理论指导。同时,为超声波在生物样品中的传播提供了一种新的强度估算方法。  相似文献

在热孵化的基础上增加超声波辐射以强化海藻糖载入血小板,将处理后的血小板进行冷冻干燥保存,以未经超声波辐射仅受热孵化预处理的血小板为对照组,研究超声波预处理对人血小板冻干保存的影响。结果表明,经25 kHz,0.8 W/cm2的超声波辐射30 min的血小板细胞内海藻糖浓度达到(28.9±4.48)mmol/L,比对照组提高118.9%,超声处理后样品经血液学检测各项指标均为正常。两组血小板同时进行冻干后复水,经检验,样品组冻干血小板数值恢复率为(83.3±4.88)%,血小板分布宽度值(Platelet distribution width,PDW)为(18.9±1.55)%;对照组血小板数值恢复率为(80.8±4.54)%,PDW值为(18.1±1.15)%,两者不存在统计学差异。据此实验结果可以认为,超声波载糖法用于血小板冻干预处理是可行的,这为进一步进行血小板冻干研究提供了参考。  相似文献

This paper contemplates the efforts and developments in the field of sounding rockets carried out in Spain from the decade of the 1960s to the early 1990s when the use of such vehicles was abandoned worldwide.The initial sounding rocket planning within the National Space Research Programs around 1964 (when Spain joined ESRO) is presented.The status of the rocket technology in Spain in 1964 is analysed, reviewing the main technology gaps and the way they were filled to make the planned developments possible.Three Spanish sounding rockets are presented: the INTA-255 (150 km apogee with formative objectives, first launched in 1969), the INTA-300 (300 km apogee with high characteristics and commercial capabilities, first launched in 1974) and the INTA-100 (115 km apogee being finally a totally national product, first launched in 1980).Some guided rocket vehicle projects which were based, on some way, on the previous sounding rockets activities are also mentioned in this paper.  相似文献

通过 COMSOL软件对飞机燃油箱地面冷却惰化进行了 3D仿真,得到了燃油温度、气相空间温度、燃油蒸汽体积分数随时间变化的情况;研究了抽气流量、蒸发温度、内热源功率、外界空气流速对冷却惰化的影响。结果表明:内热源功率过大时,燃油蒸汽体积分数高于可燃体积分数下限,将不能惰化;增大抽气流量以及降低蒸发温度,可以更快地降低气相空间温度,惰化效果更好;外界空气流速越大,气动加热热量越大,油箱气相空间温度越高,但外界空气流速较大时,系统仍能惰化。  相似文献

Transmission of airborne bacteria is the main factor causing surgical site infection (SSI), which is harm- ful to patients' health and even lives. Numerical study is conducted on the effect of the operating table protected by horizontal laminar flow screen. Discrete phase model (DPM) is used. Numerical simulation is carried out to evalu- ate particle trajectories with the Lagrange approach. As a result, the protecting effect of horizontal laminar flow screen is established, and the protecting parameters of the air velocity supplied by the screen and the protecting dis- tance are optimized. The optimized air velocity supplied by the screen should be at 0.4--0.6 m/s. And the protec- ting distance should be less than 1.3 m. This work provides references for the study on the depuration of operating table or room.  相似文献
