采用精馏橄榄油为模拟物,对PVC食品接触材料中四种己二酸酯类增塑剂向脂类食品模拟物的迁移量进行了检测,并对萃取条件和萃取试剂进行了优化,采用GC—MS技术,通过外标法进行迁移量的检测。研究表明,此方法具有方法简便,重现性好,灵敏度高,定性、定量准确可靠的特点,最低检测限可达5mg/kg,回收率为83.20%~106.13%,标准偏差为1.60%~3.34%,可实际应用于PVC食品接触材料己二酸酯类增塑剂迁移量的检测。  相似文献

This article presents an overview of fundamentals of rolling element bearing designs and technologies. The aim is to outline the complex interrelation of all fundamentals with the rolling contact fatigue and the attainable bearing life. Such fundamentals include, amongst others, bearing stressing and life capability. The article shows the different types of rolling bearing stressing and the analysis of the stress distribution (principal stresses and equivalent stresses) in the material under the rolling contact area. It becomes obvious that the contamination of the bearing with foreign particles leads to a drastic reduction in bearing life. Furthermore, it demonstrates the impact of the bearing lubrication and coating as well as the effect of additives on the attainable life and wear. Further fundamentals of rolling element bearing design are the materials, the material cleanliness and the heat treatment. The article reveals the importance of the cleanliness of bearing steels as well as different types of inclusions and their effect on rolling contact fatigue. Additionally the article describes how to optimize the material properties (strength, toughness and residual stress) by the heat treatment processes. The outcome of these investigations is that endurance life of a rolling element bearing can be achieved if specific operating conditions, an adequate lubrication, good system cleanliness and specific bearing stressing are met. The article provides a guideline for bearing engineers on how designs and technologies can be applied to optimizing a bearing for a particular industry or aerospace application.  相似文献

利用先驱体聚合物浸渍-裂解(PIP)技术制备SiBN纤维增强氮化物陶瓷基复合材料,对SiBN纤维、聚硅硼氮烷有机先驱体裂解以及SiBN纤维增强氮化物陶瓷基复合材料性能进行了分析。研究表明:聚硅硼氮烷先驱体在氨气气氛下裂解得到的陶瓷产物碳含量较低,其裂解产物介电常数在3.0左右,介电损耗小于0.01;SiBN纤维中C和O元素含量均较高,碳的存在对材料介电性能影响明显;制备的氮化物陶瓷基复合材料弯曲强度为88.52 MPa,弹性模量为20.03 GPa。  相似文献

The deoiled asphalt as the carbon source and the ferrocene as the metal source and the catalyst precursor were chosen to synthesize iron-containing carbon microparticles through co-carbonization at the temperature of about 450℃ for 3 h. The resulting products were treated at 2 000 ℃ for 2 h. All samples were examined by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the iron particles in the heat-treated material are completely coated by carbon. In addition to the fully filled carbon microparticles as well as hollow carbon ones, also form carbon fibers with hollow centers. The formation mechanism of the as-prepared products was discussed briefly.  相似文献

Shape memory epoxy foams were used for an experiment aboard the International Space Station (ISS) to evaluate the feasibility of their use for building light actuators and expandable/deployable structures. The experiment named I-FOAM was performed by an autonomous device contained in the BIOKON container (by Kayser Italia) which was in turn composed of control and heating system, battery pack and data acquisition system. To simulate the actuation of simple devices in micro-gravity conditions, three different configurations (compression, bending and torsion) were chosen during the memory step of the foams so as to produce their recovery on ISS. Micro-gravity does not affect the ability of the foams to recover their shape but it poses limits for the heating system design because of the difference in heat transfer on Earth and in orbit. A recovery about 70% was measured at a temperature of 110 °C for the bending and torsion configuration whereas poor recovery was observed for the compression case. Thanks to these results, a new experiment has been developed for a future mission by the same device: for the first time a shape memory composite will be recovered, and the actuation load during time will be measured during the recovery of an epoxy foam sample.  相似文献
