旋转状态下篦齿流量特性试验研究   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:6  
篦齿是航空发动机中非常重要的密封流动单元。本文用试验方法研究了2齿和10齿直通型篦齿在旋转状态下的流量特性,获得了篦齿流量特性随进出口压比的变化关系,同时测量了不同转速下篦齿各齿间压力。结果表明:在低压比(<1.8)、低转速(<1 000 r/min)情况下,旋转对篦齿流量特性影响较小;但随着转速的升高,同一压比下,流量系数会降低,在转速2 500 r/min时,流量系数比静止状态时降低了约8%,齿间压力也有一定程度的下降。  相似文献

 为了获得高性能的指尖密封结构型式,根据指尖密封的结构组成特点,提出了“定制”型线和“广义”型线概念下的指尖密封结构优化策略,以及反映指尖密封基本组成特征和具有“单元叠加”功能的最小优化单元。通过采用统一优化法和分步优化法对两类指尖密封结构的多目标优化问题进行了优化分析,研究结果表明,“定制”型线指尖密封结构优化和 “广义”型线指尖密封结构优化的策略和方法,可以达到同步降低指尖密封迟滞率和综合刚度的多目标优化目标,是获得具有良好综合性能的指尖密封结构的有效途径。从工程意义上讲,“广义”型线指尖密封结构优化技术更具选择指尖密封性能优化取向和程度的优势。  相似文献

通过介绍内啮合转子机构在其他领域的应用,阐述了其用于压缩机的可能性和优点,分析表明该压缩机能够承受高的压力和压差,并且具有无需平衡质量、吸气容积大以及加工方便等优点。以变态外摆线的等距线为内转子型线、多段圆弧为外转子型线为例,研究了这种压缩机的基本几何关系,包括型线的构成、内外转子的基本啮合关系、瞬心的位置、节圆的直径和外转子齿顶圆的有效啮合范围等。通过对上述几何理论的研究,为这种新型压缩机的实际应用打下一定的理论基础。  相似文献

Different yield criterion has great difference in predicting the deformation of tube with different material. In order to improve the prediction accuracy of the cross-sectional deformation of the double-ridged rectangular tube (DRRT) during rotary draw bending (RDB) process, Mises isotropic yield criterion, Hill’48 and Barlat/Lian anisotropic yield criteria commonly used in practical engineering are introduced to simulate RDB of DRRT. The inverse method combining uniaxial tensile test of whole tube and response surface methodology was proposed to identify the parameters of Hill’48 and Barlat/Lian yield criteria of small-sized H96 brass extrusion DRRT as well. Then based on ABAQUS/Explicit platform, the FE models of RDB process of DRRT considering Mises, Hill’48 and Barlat/Lian yield criteria were built. The results show that: The variation trend of cross-sectional deformation ratio is same when using different yield criteria. The cross-sectional deformation ratio by using Mises yield criterion is close to that by using Hill’48 yield criterion. However, there is a quite difference between by using Barlat/Lian yield criterion and by using Mises or Hill’48 yield criteria. The prediction values of cross-sectional height deformation by using three yield criteria all underestimate the experiment ones, and the prediction values of cross-sectional width deformation overestimate the experiment ones. By comparing the simulation results of cross-sectional deformation of the DRRT with different yield criteria and experiment ones, Barlat/Lian yield criterion is found to be suitable for describing the RDB process of DRRT.  相似文献

The reliability estimation of mechanical seals is of crucial importance due to their wide applications in pumps in various mechanical systems. Failure of mechanical seals might cause leakage, and might lead to system failure and other relevant consequences. In this study, the reliability estimation for mechanical seals based on bivariate dependence analysis and considering model uncertainty is proposed. The friction torque and leakage rate are two degradation performance indicators of mechanical seals that can be described by the Wiener process, Gamma process, and inverse Gaussian process. The dependence between the two indicators can be described by different copula functions. Then the model uncertainty is considered in the reliability estimation using the Bayesian Model Average (BMA) method, while the unknown parameters in the model are estimated by Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method. A numerical simulation study and fatigue crack study are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the BMA method to capture model uncertainty. A degradation test of mechanical seals is conducted to verify the proposed model. The optimal stochastic process models for two performance indicators and copula function are determined based on the degradation data. The results show the necessity of using the BMA method in degradation modeling.  相似文献

The complex operating state of aeroengines has an impact on the performance of finger seals.However,little work has been focused on the issue and the dynamic performance of finger seals is also rarely studied.Therefore,a distributed mass equivalent model considering working conditions is proposed in this paper for solving the existing problems.The effects of the fiber bundle density and the preparation direction of the fiber bundle of a C/C composite on the dynamic performance of a finger seal are investigated in rotor tilt based on the proposed model.The difference between the C/C composite finger seal performances under the rotor precession and nutation tilt cases is also investigated.The results show that the fiber bundle density and the preparation direction of the fiber bundle have an influence on the dynamic performance of the finger seal as rotor tilt is considered,and the dynamic performance of the finger seal is different in the two kinds of tilting modes.In addition,a novel method for design of finger seals is presented based on the contact pressure between finger boots and the rotor.Finger seals with good leakage rates and low wear can be acquired in this method.  相似文献

Tooth bending damage resulting from an intense impact by the rotor sometimes occurs in the transient operation. To investigate the influence of after-damage clearance and tooth bending length on the leakage performance and rotordynamic coefficients of labyrinth seals, three tooth bending damages were taken into consideration, including the unbent tooth damage (abbreviated as Unbent), the partial tooth bending damage (abbreviated as Pbent) and the complete tooth bending damage (abbreviated as Cbent). The transient CFD solution was utilized to calculate the leakage flow rates and rotordynamic coefficients of labyrinth seals with clearances of 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 mm for three tooth bending damages. The obtained result shows that the Unbent tooth damage leaks least while the Pbent tooth bending damage leaks most, and an increase of 6.1% for Cbent tooth bending damage and an increase of 19.4% for Pbent tooth bending damage are discovered at the tooth clearance of 0.6 mm in comparison with the Unbent tooth damage. Compared to the Unbent tooth damage, the effective damping for Pbent tooth bending damage and Cbent tooth bending damage is lower and drops by 9.7%–33.6% and 8.5%–22.6% respectively at the tooth clearance of 0.6 mm, suggesting that Pbent tooth bending damage or Cbent tooth bending damage tends to weaken the seal stability when compared to the Unbent tooth damage.  相似文献

为了研究蜂窝对直通斜齿流动特性的影响,在光滑衬套和蜂窝衬套条件下的高速旋转篦齿实验台上,分别测量了工作间隙和流动特性随转速0~8700r/min和压比1.1~1.5的变化规律。实验结果表明:随着转速的增加,泄漏量下降了约50%,流量系数下降了约25%,风阻温升达到40K;随着压比的增加,泄漏量和流量系数也相应增加;蜂窝衬套相对于光滑衬套,流量下降了约20%,流量系数下降了约10%,风阻温升差异微小。蜂窝可以使篦齿流量及流量系数降低,提升封严性能,对风阻温升影响很小。  相似文献
