系统介绍了以民用新一代运载火箭 (系列 )为背景 ,以一体化的设计思想为指导原则 ,开展的地面测试发控系统的研究、设计工作 ,着重论述了以控制系统为核心的一体化设计的必要性和可行性 ,同时对地面测试发控系统设计方案和总体布局进行了概括阐述     

基于GaN HEMT和平面变压器的高效率谐振DC/DC变换器

为了提高航天领域高压直流母线DC/DC变换器的效率性能和功率密度,基于氮化镓器件和谐振变换器拓扑,研究矩阵变压器和平面磁元件的优化方法,提出了一种包含等效半匝绕组的变压器绕组结构,实现了多个并联副边绕组间以及多个并联整流器件间的均流,降低了损耗,提高了低压大电流输出时的效率。此外,还研究了模块的并联均流方法,搭建了270 V转28 V、1.2 kW输出的模块单体样机和2.4 kW的多模块并联样机,验证了所提出方法的可行性。

Pilots for space tourism

This article sheds light on the key player needed for any space tourism adventure: the pilot who flies the spacecraft. The paper addresses the potential benefits of including a pilot at the controls when designing a space tourism spacecraft. It examines the basic qualifications and advanced skills required of space tourism pilots and discusses key training requirements for selected pilots and space pilots' pay and benefits. In addition, the research concludes that, just as the pioneers of passenger transport in aviation entertained and captured the interest of their passengers, the space pilot should have the skills of a tour guide.     

Optimal network topology of relative navigation and communication for navigation sharing in fractionated spacecraft cluster

Navigation sharing as a key technology provides orbit and attitude information broadcasting for the whole fractionated spacecraft cluster (FSC). The navigation sharing concept has already been proposed for some years. However, the problem of achieving the optimal navigation sharing by designing the proper network topology is still unsolved, especially in the case that some members of the cluster have absolute navigation devices, some just have relative navigation devices and some only have communication devices. In this paper, a comprehensive model of describing the navigation sharing problem in FSC is proposed. The model of network topology constructing by relative navigation links and communication links is established. By using the graph theory and genetic algorithm as the tool, the conditions for navigation sharing in FSC with different sharing degrees are obtained. Finally, some examples are presented to test the methods, and it has been found that, the absolute positions and attitudes of all the members can still be determined even some members in FSC have no absolute navigation devices.     

加强高校数字化信息资源建设的几点思考

信息资源是教育信息化的关键,随着近几年高校信息资源建设工作的开展,影响和制约信息资源建设的诸多因素逐渐显现。加强高校信息资源建设,明确建设的组织与管理,正确处理知识产权问题,提高建设队伍人员素质,建立相应的鼓励和评价机制,对于推动信息资源建设的进程具有重要意义。     

面向任务的空间信息网络体系结构可重组设计

针对空间信息网络体系结构设计和其使命任务的多重性、多维性的问题,提出了一种体系结构可重组设计方法。首先,介绍了空间信息网络及其体系结构的国内外发展现状,分析了研究空间信息网络体系结构可重组设计的需求。其次,结合空间信息网络的概念、结构和特征,建立了松耦合、兼容性、隔离性和可解构的可重组设计原则。同时,定义了管理中心（RMC）和资源中心（RRC）的内涵,分析了RMC和RRC的运行机制,从目标、拓扑、实体、数据、方案5个维度出发提出了一种形式化的可重组网络体系结构模型,并给出了可重组网络体系结构的实现算法流程。最后,以某反导作战活动为例进行了体系结构可组构设计的案例分析,基于STK平台进行可重组网络的仿真演示,着重展示和验证了可重组设计思想在实践中的具体应用,达到了预期目的。     

从城市规划与发展角度对军民合用机场的反思——以济宁曲阜机场为例

以济宁曲阜机场为例,结合菏泽机场规划,说明了济宁曲阜机场存在机场位置与旅游景区位置发生偏离、对济宁城市空间扩展引导不足、限制菏泽机场规划、影响济宁综合交通枢纽建设以及机场容量无法满足旅客量增长等问题,这些问题具有一定的普遍意义,希望能促进规划和决策者对军民合用这一机场建设方式采取更为谨慎的态度.
