基于联合双边滤波的融合图像跟踪算法研究

为了提高跟踪精度,提出一种基于联合双边滤波的融合图像自动跟踪算法.采用帧问差分法并通过形态学处理获得运动目标大致区域,在此基础上采集目标区域及相邻背景区域的代表颜色集合,由此生成草图作为联合双边滤波的引导图,进而生成完整的目标描述,通过边缘检测获得精确的跟踪结果.实验结果表明,方法能够获得清晰准确的跟踪结果,能够较好地避免跟踪中的漂移问题,且算法复杂度低,跟踪精度高.     

一种小型化分体式星敏感器的设计

星敏感器是以恒星为参照系,以星空为工作对象的高精度空间姿态测量装置,提供准确的空间方位和基准,具有高精度、无漂移、工作寿命长等特点,可与惯性仪表组成复合导航.针对小体积、高精度的应用需求,重点概述了星敏感器小型化分体式结构设计、光学系统设计、星像提取和星图识别等关键技术,为小型化星敏感器研制提供了设计思路.     

Two-dimensional ionospheric total electron content map (TEC) seismo-ionospheric anomalies through image processing using principal component analysis

This paper examines China’s Wenchuan Earthquake of 12 May 2008 (UTC) (M_w = 7.9) using principal component analysis and image processing of the global ionospheric map (GIM) for the region. Transforms are conducted for 4, 8, and 9 May 2008. The GIMs are subdivided into 100 (36° in Long. and 18° in Lat.) smaller maps. The smaller maps (71 × 71 pixels) form the transform matrices of corresponding dimensions (2 × 1) through image processing. The transform allows for principle eigenvalues to be assigned to TEC anomalies for May 8 and 9. These may represent the seismo-ionospheric signature described by Zhao et al. (2008). The May 4 result shows no evidence of TEC anomalies. These results are in keeping with the findings of Liu et al. (2009). It is evident in this research that PCA could have the capacity to detect both the seismo-ionospheric signature and determine the approximate location of an earthquake’s epicenter prior to nucleation.

高校英语阅读课教学生态环境研究

从教育生态学的角度来看,英语阅读课的教学是在一个由多种因子构成的生态环境中进行的。按照能否在教学过程中得到控制或调整,本文将这些因子分成可控和不可控两大类,并分析了对于阅读教学影响较大的几种可控因子,包括学习氛围、学校的设施、阅读动机和学习策略等。对这些因子的干预能够改善教学生态环境,提高学生英语阅读的效率。     

Jason-2 DORIS phase measurement processing

The DORIS instrument on Jason-2 is the first of a new generation. The satellite receivers have now seven simultaneous measurement channels, with synchronous dual frequency phase and pseudo-range measurements. These measurements are now described in a similar manner as GPS measurements and an extension of the RINEX 3.0 format has been defined for DORIS. Data are available to users with a shorter latency.     

Learning Spatial Localization: From Rat Studies to Computational Models of the Hippocampus

In his landmark article, Richard Morris (1981) introduced a set of rat experiments intended “to demonstrate that rats can rapidly learn to locate an object that they can never see, hear, or smell provided it remains in a fixed spatial location relative to distal room cues” (p. 239). These experimental studies have greatly impacted our understanding of rat spatial cognition. In this article, we address a spatial cognition model primarily based on hippocampus place cell computation where we extend the prior Barrera–Weitzenfeld model (2008) intended to allow navigation in mazes containing corridors. The current work extends beyond the limitations of corridors to enable navigation in open arenas where a rat may move in any direction at any time. The extended work reproduces Morris's rat experiments through virtual rats that search for a hidden platform using visual cues in a circular open maze analogous to the Morris water maze experiments. We show results with virtual rats comparing them to Morris's original studies with rats.     

一种基于实数粗集空闻的自组织映射方法及在模式识别上的应用

提出一种实数粗糙集，避免了经典粗糙集必须经过离散化处理的环节；并且用实数粗糙集的下、上近似集的精确概念划分自组织映射的输出结果，使得修改后的映射结果中各类样本点之间有明显的间隔，易于进行分类识别。最后通过对某型歼击机的舵面故障的模式识别仿真验证了其方法的正确性和有效性。     

航班自动匹配的进一步研究

根据2个城市的航运时刻表,通过相应的程序计算出飞机在各机场停留的最短时间,完成每个航运时刻表最少使用的飞机架数与某架飞机完成一个飞行周期所需要的天数。给出4个例题的进一步讨论:1)当nm时的m×n阶停留时间阵;3)目标函数的极大值;4)多个城市间航空班次的最佳匹配问题。
