针对发电机中转子用FeCo合金(国产牌号1J22)进行了组织结构与磁性能的研究.通过对该合金进行真空处理以及磁场热处理,研究了组织结构对软磁性能的影响规律;研究了附加磁场强度以及热处理温度对磁场处理效果的影响,并结合该合金的磁致伸缩伸缩系数的变化规律,分析了磁场热处理效果的微观机制.当合金组织为轧制态时,磁场热处理效果不明显;在合金的再结晶温度以上进行磁场热处理时,获得了显著的磁场热处理效果,矫顽力下降至72A/m(0~9Oe)以下.  相似文献

铁磁材料在地磁场环境中受载荷的作用,其内部会发生具有磁致伸缩性质的磁畴组织定向和不可逆的重新取向.将去应力退火后的20钢和45钢压缩试件分别施加不同载荷并制作成金相观察试样,利用粉纹法观察受力程度不同的试件的磁畴结构,然后,对比同种材料不同载荷试样的磁畴结构照,分析不同残余应力对磁畴的影响.试验表明:未受力或应力集中较小时,晶粒内磁畴以片状畴为主,同一晶粒内畴壁相互平行,随着应力集中程度的增加,磁畴结构出现迷宫畴.且应力集中程度越大,迷宫畴个数越多,同时畴壁长度和间距发生改变.  相似文献

Recent papers have suggested that the slow solar wind is a super-position of material which is released by reconnection from large coronal loops. This reconnection process is driven by large-scale motions of solar magnetic flux driven by the non-radial expansion of the solar wind from the differentially rotating photosphere into more rigidly rotating coronal holes. The elemental composition of the slow solar wind material is observed to be fractionated and more variable than the fast solar wind from coronal holes. Recently, it has also been reported that fractionation also occurs in 3He/4He. This may be interpreted in the frame-work of an existing model for fractionation on large coronal loops in which wave-particle interactions preferentially heat ions thereby modifying their scale-heights. 针对部分航天器组件易受磁场影响的问题,文章选取了6种目前常用的软磁合金及金属非晶材料,研究了它们对于弱磁场波动、稳恒磁场以及低频交流磁场的屏蔽效果,结果表明,材料的磁导率与矫顽力对磁屏蔽性能有较大影响,其中矫顽力与磁屏蔽性能的负相关性更好,即矫顽力越低,材料的磁屏蔽性能越好。对于测试的6种材料,铁镍合金材料与钴基非晶材料的磁屏蔽性能优于其他4种,铁镍合金材料在1 kHz以下磁屏蔽性能更佳,钴基非晶材料在50 kHz以下具有一定磁屏蔽效果。  相似文献

Periodicity in occurrence of magnetic disturbances in polar cap and auroral zone under conditions of steady and powerful solar wind influence on the magnetosphere is analyzed on the example of 9 storm events with distinctly expressed sawtooth substorms (N = 48). Relationships between the polar cap magnetic activity (PC-index), magnetic disturbances in the auroral zone (AL-index) and value of the ring current asymmetry (ASYM index) were examined within the intervals of the PC growth phase and the PC decline phase inherent to each substorm. It is shown that the substorm sudden onsets are always preceded by the PC growth and that the substorm development does not affect the PC growth rate. On achieving the disturbance maximum, the PC and AL indices are simultaneously fall down to the level preceding the substorm, so that the higher the substorm intensity, the larger is the AL and PC drop in the decline phase. The ASYM index increases and decreases in conformity with the PC and AL behavior, the correlation between ASYM and PC being better than between ASYM and AL. Level of the solar wind energy input into the magnetosphere determines periodicity and intensity of disturbances: the higher the coupling function EKL, the higher is substorm intensity and shorter is substorm length. Taking into account the permanently high level of auroral activity and inconsistency of aurora behavior and magnetic onsets during sawtooth substorms, the conclusion is made that auroral ionosphere conductivity is typically high and ensures an extremely high intensity of field-aligned currents in R1 FAC system. The periodicity of sawtooth substorms is determined by recurrent depletions and restorations of R1 currents, which are responsible for coordinated variations of magnetic activity in the polar cap and auroral zone.  相似文献

For long duration interplanetary manned missions the protection of astronauts from cosmic radiation is an unavoidable problem that has been considered by many space agencies. In Europe, during 2002–2004, the European Space Agency supported two research programs on this thematic: one was the constitution of a dedicated study group (on the thematic ‘Shielding from cosmic radiation for interplanetary missions: active and passive methods’) in the framework of the ‘life and physical sciences’ report, and the other an industrial study concerning the ‘radiation exposure and mission strategies for interplanetary manned missions to Moon and Mars’. Both programs concluded that, outside the protection of the magnetosphere and in the presence of the most intense and energetic solar events, the protection cannot rely solely on the mechanical structures of the spacecraft, but a temporary shelter must be provided. Because of the limited mass budget, the shelter should be based on the use of superconducting magnetic systems. For long duration missions the astronauts must be protected from the much more energetic galactic cosmic rays during the whole mission period. This requires the protection of a large habitat where they could live and work, and not the temporary protection of a small volume shelter. With passive absorbers unable to play any significant role, the use of active shielding is mandatory. The possibilities offered by superconducting magnets are discussed, and recommendations are made about the needed R&D. The technical developments that have occurred in the meanwhile and the evolving panorama of possible near future interplanetary missions, require revising the pioneering studies of the last decades and the adoption of a strategy that considers long lasting human permanence in ‘deep’ space, moreover not only for a relatively small number of dedicated astronauts but also for citizens conducting there ‘normal’ activities.  相似文献

在火星空间模拟的单流体MHD模型的基础上, 研究了火星空间磁场结构及火星表面局部磁异常对磁场结构的影响. 在太阳风与火星相互作用的过程中, 形成弓激波和磁堆积区, 行星际磁场弯曲并向两极移动且被拖拽变形, 大部分磁力线从火星两极绕过, 通过火星之后在磁尾留下V字形结构. 火星表面附近局部磁异常也对火星磁场结构产生不可忽视的影响. 不同位置和强度的磁异常与太阳风相互作用形成结构及形态各异的微磁层, 如被拖拽的微磁层和存在开磁力线的微磁层等. 局部磁异常改变了近火磁场结构, 并可能改变等离子体的分布.   相似文献

新型磁悬浮控制敏感陀螺(MSCSG)高速转子具有万向偏转特性,可输出高精度和高带宽的偏转控制力矩,用于抑制天基平台的周期性振动。MSCSG采用5自由度(DOF)全主动控制,其径向2个扭动DOF的偏转控制由洛伦兹力磁轴承(LFMB)实现。基于LFMB的基本构型,建立电磁力和电磁力矩的数学模型,并分析出气隙磁密均匀度是影响输出力矩精度和角速率测量精度的主要因素。介绍了LFMB的优化设计结构,通过有限元仿真分析,结果表明所设计LFMB通过在内外永磁体表面增加1J50导磁薄片,能够有效提高气隙磁密分布的均匀度,输出控制力矩更加精确,有利于提高控制精度;通过使用梯形永磁体提供更大的供磁面积提高气隙磁密强度以降低功耗,同时梯形永磁体在转子高速旋转时便于限位,保证稳定性。本文研究可为具有偏转特性的磁悬浮类转子陀螺的设计与分析提供有益参考。  相似文献
