高转速风扇叶片外物撞击损伤的定量评价方法

外物撞击是造成航空发动机风扇叶片变形、损伤甚至断裂的主要因素。针对外物撞击持续时间短、瞬间载荷大、损伤影 响因素多，难以进行定量损伤评价的问题，提出基于叶片损伤参数α的叶片损伤定量评价方法。以发动机风扇叶片受冰撞为例， 采用非接触叶尖计时测量方法，对叶片撞击产生的叶尖位移进行监测分析，验证了该方法的可行性。采用瞬态动力学分析方法对 叶片经受撞击过程进行全流程仿真模拟，并采用正交试验法定量研究了外物撞击过程中的撞击速度、叶片转速、撞击位置3种因 素对叶片损伤参数α的影响，拟合回归方程并绘制了这3种因素的3D响应曲面图，得到各因素的影响权重。结果表明：冰块速度 与撞击位置同时下降时，叶片损伤弱化效果显著。该方法可为大型风扇叶片抗外物打击性能设计和在役健康监测提供理论支撑。     

Route generation and description using the notions of object's influence area and spatial conceptual map

In the GRAAD Project we aimed at creatinga system which could generate route directions thatare comparable to route directions created by humanparticipants. With this goal in mind, we started froma linguistic and cognitive study of route directionsproduced by people and the study of cognitive modelsof mental maps. We proposed a new qualitative spatialmodel that can support the spatial properties of humanroute directions. This model is based on the notion ofobject's influence area which is used to modelneighborhood, orientation and distance. The proposedapproach relies on the manipulation of spatialentities in a spatial conceptual map (SCM) which isthe computarized analog of a mental map used bypeople. We developped the GRAAD System, software thatgenerates routes in a SCM and describes them innatural language. Finally, we conducted an experimentin order to compare GRAAD's route directions androutes described by human participants in similarexperimental conditions. GRAAD's output was notdistinguishable from route directions created by humanparticipants. In this paper we present the mainresults obtained during all phases of the GRAADProject.     

浅谈影响大学外语听力教学的因素及其提高途径

听力教学是语言教学的重要组成部分，听力水平的提高受到多种因素的影响与制约。如何利用积极有利的因素，克服消极不利的因素，采取行之有效的方法提高学生的听力水平，对整个的外语教学起着十分重要的作用。     

对外直接投资的贸易效应——基于中美比较的视角

20世纪80年代以来,伴随着改革开放和国际产业转移,发达国家加快了对外投资步伐,中国也抓住这一机会成为世界上最大的对外直接投资吸引地。经过三十多年来的发展,如今中国企业也开始了＂走出去＂的脚步。对外投资对于一国的贸易有何影响,学界对此有很多研究。文章对1984~2012年中国和美国之间的双边直接投资和贸易进行检验,利用协整模型进行计量分析。分析结果表明：中国对美国的直接投资会增加中国对美国的进口,美国对中国的直接投资则会增加中国对美国的出口。     

Materials selection for electronic enclosures in space environment considering electromagnetic interference effect

Using low power electronic devices for space applications to reduce the mass and energy consumption has lead to electromagnetic interference (EMI) problem. Electronic enclosures are used to shield electronic devices against EMI. In the past, electromagnetic shielding has been mainly the only criteria considered in electronic enclosure design. However, there are several structural and thermal requirements for selection of shielding materials which should also be taken into account. In this research work, three quantitative materials selection methods, i.e. Digital Logic (DL), Modified Digital Logic (MDL), and Z-transformation, are employed to select the best material from among a list of candidate materials. Composite and metallic electronic enclosures are explored and the best material is selected. Z-transformation method is applicable to both of the considered case studies while DL and MDL can only be used for solving one of them. Z-transformation method ranks aluminum as the first choice among various metallic materials. The wide range of Z-transformation application and its practical results confirm the superiority of Z-transformation method over DL and MDL methods.     

Human Mission from Planet Earth: finding a rationale for exploration of the Moon and Mars

This paper advances scenarios for an evolutionary approach to the establishment of a Human Mission from Planet Earth involving exploration and utilization of the Moon and Mars. Of critical importance are the concepts of robotic–human and Moon–Mars synergies. The paper discusses the rationale variables that have an influence on types of space activities pursued and thus the policy that leads to particular scenarios. In this regard, the technological, scientific, and sociopolitical/socioeconomic impacts and consequences related to a Human Mission from Planet Earth are examined.

上市公司信息披露质量的影响因素——深圳股市面板数据的实证研究

以深圳股票市场2001-2004年的1958家上市公司的面板数据为研究样本，运用实证分析的方法，检验上市公司信息披露质量的影响因素。实证结果显示：信息披露质量与第一大股东持股比例、资产规模、净资产收益率以及审计意见正相关，而与资产负债率负相关；设立审计委员会的公司的信息披露质量较高。

乡镇财政风险的外部因素分析及对策

乡镇财政风险影响着基层政权的正常运转与稳定，是制约地方经济发展，关系社会稳定的重大问题。近几年，随着我国农村税费改革的推进，乡镇财政潜伏的风险和隐患也日益增多。文章仅就造成乡镇财政风险的外部因素进行了分析，并提出了规范政府行为、完善财税管理体制、提高财政资源使用效率等对策建议。
